Oh my goodness gracious I didn't even know there was a brick and morter store. It's so wonderful. The staff are so nice. Not sales nice just everyday conversation nice. They love dogs so that's a huge win for me. You can bring your dogs in too. The clothes are nicely made with quite a variety.Lots of USA made to choose from.Each store...look at the map...has a special Art installation. This one has a gorgeous blue old Ford truckYou can sit in too!

Store had plenty to choose from, staff was very rude. I say that but it was one lady that was rude. We asked for assistance finding a type of pants. We were told they had all stock on the floor. We told her we only found one pair in a clearance rack and couldn't find any rack with the same style. After sighing and rolling her eyes, we were told again, all inventory is on racks. First time in the store, and was not helped at all. It was not busy. The employees were all in their own world talking amongst themselves. We ended up leaving deciding shopping online is easier. Disappointed after finally stopping by the store. Love Duluth products, but we will stick with online shopping after this experience.

A visually cluttered clothing store. Clothes of varying quality, many of them over designed. Pockets within pockets. That said many of my favorite clothes came from Duluth Trading.

Great store! Lots of variety and so much to choose from. If you get the catalog, they had everything in it in plenty of sizes in stock. One of the only places still open till 8pm, very much appreciated!

WOW. 90 BUCKS FOR A PAIR OF HIKING PANTS?! Definitely taking advantage of tourists.Don't even think you're going to find footwear in men's sizes unless, of course, you want Frankenstein boots in either black or brown.

Very cool store with very cool and very expensive stuff. Seems worth the money if cost is not an issue. I'm not paying $25 for a pair of underwear... I did pay $55 for an SPF 50 shirt made out of recycled water bottles. It was as soft as silk and very tough.

We couldn't go 15 feet without someone asking us if we needed help. When we did actually need finding something, the associate couldn't find it, she actually found another associate and the two of them spent a lot of time trying to find it, which they did.

The quality of the flex pant is fantastic. I wore holes into mine and it took years of repeat wear to get these tiny piny hole tears. Fyi, patch and still wear. I loved these pants so much, which I permanently borrowed from my ex, that I bought 2 more of the exact pants! Fyi, go on the sale days. These pants are always there and it's so worth it.Oh, ladies! If you are tall like me, go to the mena side. The pants are in inches for waist and inseam, and the men's have taller lengths! It's the same pants! (Apparently I am not the only woman to wear her man's pants and keep them. Lol!) Just talk to the ladies who work there, they can help! Oh and I love the ladies overalls this year; I did not know about them until I arrived and I was so upset I had to stick to a budget! Saving for those!!!

This used to be the only place I bought clothing. Decent quality, true to size fits, kind of pricey but normally worth it for the items. Until I was 2 months past my 1 year “no Bull warranty” when that is exactly what I received a pile of bull. I had the main closure button pop off a pair of Duluth flex fire hose pants… I thought, that’s fine I have the receipt I’ll swing into the store so I did. The guy who was at the counter told me the warranty expired and asked another worker for help. Margaret came over and said the return policy is one year no exceptions. I pulled up the return policy on my phone and where it says “ After one year, we will also consider returns for items that are defective or don’t perform as designed. No Bull means if something goes wrong, we will always treat you right”. Margaret told me that the policy is one year end of story and that she did not care what it said online, told me to get my stuff off her counter. I asked for a manager (which I NEVER do and normally complain about folks who do) but it turns out Margaret is the manager, so again I was SOL. I went to my truck and called Duluth who informed me that the I could send them in for inspection but I risk never getting them back if they deem it not from a flaw but suggested I have a store check them. I told her that Margaret wouldn’t even look at them and she said she won’t override a stores decision so again I was SOL. In short, their no Bull policy is just that….Absolute bull spit. I guess it’s back to the web to find a real retailer whom will stand by their product and word. Good luck Duluth, it was cool to the max….. until it wasn’t.
