Good variety of bikes to compare. Was able to test ride some of them. David was very knowledgeable regarding the type of bike that would be best suited for me after speaking with him. Took the time to answer my many many questions and gave me options to take in the future, such as riding the FX3 for a bit and if I felt I needed bigger/wider/different tires then it would be an easy thing to do at minimal cost and less expensive that going up yo the next level. This saved me $800!

This place deserves more pics and more top notch reviews. From the outside, doesn’t seem like much. Once you walk in the shop you’re transported to a bike haven. They have all the equipment you will need, are so helpful, and make you feel welcomed. If not just the friendly staff, the shop dog, Fitz (Australian Shepard) will come for his pets and love as you wait. Everything about this shop makes me want to come back for more.The staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable. I went in thinking I needed a new tyre and they directed me not to the highest price item, but to the best solution to my problem. The trust built after one visit was incredible. These are cyclists that are here for cyclists and anyone interested in bikes. To me, trust is the most important and this shop is one I certainly trust.What could they do better...so many tourists in Portland area that may like to bike, so area maps could be cool. I’d love more cycle mania gear (bottles, shirts, stickers, jerseys, etc), spruce up the outside a bit, maybe include some kind of food truck or coffee truck. But honestly, this place is AWESOME! If you are a local and need a go-to place or a tourist and stopping by for a one-and-done experience, Cyclemania is THE bike to visit in Portland.

We enjoyed the whole experience, Christian was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy trying to up sell us. Our bikes got set up for a test ride and then set up for our purchase quickly. The staff at CycleMania continue providing great products and service. I have thoroughly enjoyed the Trek Domane + AL5 that they ordered for me, and have put over 1,250 miles on it since April. They most recently ordered and delivered an extra battery charger that I can keep in my van that has an inverter for charging on my way to the next ride. They even offered to check the software in my bike to make sure I had the latest update. Great products and people!

Awesome people, and the rental bikes were in great shape. The bikes were easy to ride and super lightweight, had handlebar brakes, and 21 gears. We took the bikes all the way down to Portland Head Light and worked our way back with no bike related problems. They were even flexible when we missed our return time because of a surprise thunderstorm on our way back! I even got a phone holder for navigation upon request for no additional charge. The whole experience was $35 flat per bike. Awesome and couldn’t recommend more!

The customer service is great with no job / repair too big or too small. The staff are very knowledgeable, and I really like knowing and talking with the people that are working on my bikes. Great daily rate on e-bike rentals with really nice bikes too. We were able to get around to the five lighthouses with stops in a day easily. Would rent again or buy here without hesitation.

Customer service is very polite and personal David who helped me with answering all my questions was courteous and swift in all his replies Once I had decided on the Trek Madone model , David continued keeping me informed on both ordering process and tracking of delivery, each step of the way. It was a super fast turn around and within matter of days from warehouse to a personal ‘home’ delivery! David didnt even roll the bike on the ground but carried the bike off the ground on his shoulders as not to touch the tarmac before delivery! Fantastic David, you are the man! Bike looks fantastic.

On Friday night I ordered and payed for a Cannondale Trail 4SE online. The bike was on sale for 32% off. An excellent price with a $376.00 savings. I called Saturday morning to make sure the bike was in stock. I was told it was, but they would have to build it as it was still in the box. He said it would be ready for pick up that afternoon. True to their word they had it ready by that Saturday afternoon. From online order to pick up in less than 16 hours. Service was quick. The price was excellent. I am enjoying my new bike. Thank you all at Cyclemania.

Came in today for some cycling shoes and was a little apprehensive at first as I am kind of new to cycling but that quickly vanished as I was greeted by a friendly staff member who mentioned it was his first day ( didn’t catch his name younger long blond hair) but he totally put me at ease and even provided some trail options for me to check out. Overall I was pleased with the shop and service that I got. Will return for future shopping.

Exceptional experience all around. I can not recommend this shop enough. Jack (ask for Jack) was who I dealt with, and he treated my wife and I like we’d been customers for years. Hard to put a value on just how big of difference Jack made, but my wife summed his manner as steeped i. experienced, very professional, not at all pushy and exactly who we were looking for when we walked into the shop. The product range, from rental e-bikes (Bosh drivetrain and beat in town) to top all the top of the line models from Trek, Cannonade, and many others. Great selection for sizes and models for test rides, and before I forget, almost half of the retail space designated shop space. Wide open so you can see everyone working, everything well organized, no radio blaring and a bunch of professional mechanics who’s focused excellence instantly instilled a piece of mine and reaffirmed this is the kind of place I want to spend my money. cannonade In my life time I’ve worked at three different bike shops for a total of seven years full time and I’ve been around the industry and know a think or two about bike shops and this is the place to go in Portland. Give it a shot, I guarantee you’ll feel the same way after you do.

Very responsive to email inquiries through their website. That alone was key to me using Cyclemania to ship my bike after riding across country. I rode in and within a few minutes walked out after looking around their very nice and adequately stocked store. There was more than one or two bikes there I could have been interested in, check them out when you're in Portland. We'll worth the stop.
