Best customer service I've ever had in a retail store tbh. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Helped our group of four women find pieces that worked for each of us (diff body types). Their styling advice was key and they gave local recommendations. Cannot recommend it enough. They'll help you find whatever you need and turn you into stuff you didn't even consider!

This store has fabulous clothes!! Staff is always helpful & enthusiastic…I’ve been to both their Portsmouth NH store as well as Portland ME!A must visit!!

The set I purchased from this store turned my skin black. I hand washed it cold, like the instructions asked, and my sink water was also black from the dye. Not a great quality product for the price paid. The set I tried on in-store was a completely different fit than the one that arrived at my door, even though I purchased the same size (I had it shipped since I was traveling from out of town). I also exchanged with this store and had to pay for my own shipping with no reimbursement. Cute looking styles, but I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

I was on vacation in Portland, ME when I saw the stunning clothing displays outside of Bobbles and Lace and decided to stop in. I was warmly greeted by the manager Mckenzie who told me the store was actually opening the next day, but she informed me that I could still look around and purchase anything if I found something I liked. Long story short- all of the pieces in the store were so cute and trendy and at extremely reasonable prices! Mckenzie was so helpful with helping me pick out a top and helping my boyfriend pick out a birthday gift for his sister. I cant wait to return on my next trip to Maine and wish her the best of luck in the future!

I went to Portland Maine recently and when I saw the store I knew that I would love it. This boutique is very trendy and has very cute clothes. The employees are welcoming and help you style your outfits. If you are in any of the locations where this store is, I highly recommend going.
