Peaks Island must stop breakfast and coffee shop! Close walking distance, up the street and to the left from the ferry. Hands down the best breakfast sandwich my friend and I have ever had! Buttery homemade brioche bread bowl, incasing a sausage patty, eggs, and cheese = Delicious! We wished we had time to grab another sandwich before flying out. The coffee was fantastic and the atmosphere was laid back and welcoming. The owner was friendly and very helpful with traveling recommendations while she was rolling out dough for cinnamon buns/sticky bread that looked amazing. Make Baba’s a planned stop when visiting the island!!

If you’re visiting Peaks, this is the place to go! They’ve got excellent coffee (including non-dairy milk options), delicious pastries, and bagels for the breakfast crowd. But don’t leave yet! You can also grab a quick bite for lunch, with some simple sandwiches on the menu, and even cool off with a yummy gelato! Try the coconut or strawberry— or mix them for a fruity tropical treat like I did! Best of all they have outstanding seating with breathtaking views of the harbor. My boyfriend and I both had this breakfast sandwich, and we both agreed it was the best breakfast sandwich we've ever had. Espresso drinks and pastries are also superb. We'll be stopping in every time we visit the island.

This is such a cute cafe. It offers outdoor and indoor seating. All of the employees were very young and they were working so hard in such a small space. We did not wait long at all for 3 drinks and 2 pesto chicken paninis. The beach rose lemonade was so refreshing. The rose flavor is more of an aftertaste and is very unique. I haven't tasted rose like that outside of Southasian cuisine! The Cafe worked through an afternoon rush very well and told us they'd only been open for 7 weeks, and that the day I visited was the busiest they had ever been. They handled it amazingly well. Directly across from the cafe is a pathway down to a very private (and extremely small) beach with a kayak renting service. It is so cute. I definitely recommend Baba's café for anyone visiting (or living on) Peak's Island!Vegetarian options: Great vegan and gluten free options! Go to Babas!! And when you go, get the chocolate chip cookie. Honestly, one of the best I have ever had from a cafe. The whole experience was truly a delight. The space is chill and beautiful. Boyfriend and I went here during lunchtime on our first ever trip to Peaks.. we both had the Asiago turkey sandwich and it was delicious! The staff was friendly and polite, wait was not long at all, and they welcomed our dog to sit on the outside deck with us. Will definitely be back again!

My parents have a house on Peaks that we have been visiting for many years, and Baba's is an amazing new addition that made our most recent visit so much better. Great coffee and cold drinks, great sandwiches, live music, super friendly staff and even a chess night. Definitely recommend a visit if you're heading to the island.

Blazing hot day, they made the most delicious iced oat milk hot chocolate! Cruised the island on bikes sipping the iced creation of a wintertime favorite, my day was made. Definitely stop by if you are visiting Peaks Island.

Baba’s is my favorite place on peaks! Not only are the pastries and breakfast sandwich to die for, but the ambiance in the cafe is also unmatched. Beautiful ocean views, amazing natural light, great music, and wonderfully friendly staff.

In my long years I have had only one breakfast sandwich that could compete with that at Baba's. The english muffin is grilled to the perfect crispness, but it is on the second bite, when the slight sweetness of the caramelized onions emerges to complement the egg and sausage that the senses melt in satisfaction. And fine espresso.Baba's is a gift to Peaks Island.
