Best care I have seen in many years. We were so happy with our visit. Leanne was great to get us in quickly, Dr Mike was excellent and all of the staff we came into contact with was amazing. We are so happy to have our dogs as patients in this clinic. I absolutely recommend this office without hesitation. Absolutely fantastic!!

employees are top notch. both vets, Dr. B. & Dr. M. are the best .at my last appointment with Dr. M. with my 12 yr. old adopted girl cat "sophie", Dr. M. was so professional and caring. his extra care for her was touching for both me and sophie, one of her issues was taken care with a product they sell at poland animal hospital, Dr. M. said he uses it for his cat, that alone was enough convincing for me to purchase the product. his knowledge of her more severe issue, impressed me. it almost seemed he was happier than i was with hear bloodwork results. i sure hope Dr. M. is around there for a long time, he's an asset to the P.A.H..thank you all very much...carole a. bakula...

I have gone to PAH for years now, with 3 dogs I’m a frequent flyer through their doors. They always greet you with a smile and give my pups the best care. My girl Zoey has a huge heart, but nervous of new people and especially the vet. She’s not a fan of getting shots or her blood drawn. She had to be seen today to check out her leg that got hurt. Even with her nervousness, the Dr was so patient, calm and very warming to Zoey. I appreciate all they do for my pups! Thank you Poland Animal Hospital!

The Poland Animal Hospital staff has always gone above and beyond for my girl! Cocoa is my universe so I do whatever I can to keep her healthy and happy. My elderly cat Scal woke with a bad limp. I called the vet and they got him in quickly on a Saturday. They were so good with him. He ended up being OK, pain meds for a few days. I am so grateful for their knowledge and kindness.

We have been with Poland Animal Hospital for almost a year now, taking our rescue cat since we first got her. In that time we have worked with both Dr. Binette and Dr. Maddox. We have had to go in for both regular annual check ups and allergy flare ups for our kitty. At all appointments the staff are friendly and considerate, and take the time to answer any and all questions and concerns we have. We are super grateful for the team at Poland Animal Hospital.

Kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Once you’re pet is an established patient it is much easier to get appointments. Nice building, great parking, and there are trails nearby at Range state park for a post-vet visit reward!!

The vets seem knowledgeable and at first I loved it here, even continuing to use them for years after moving over 30 minutes away. However, my experience started to degrade after they stopped working with online pharmacies and I was forced to pick up scripts in person and snail mail them to the pharmacy, removing all convenience of having my pet meds on auto ship. (The alternative being to buy them from the office directly at an insane markup).Second, the general demeanor from the staff here always left me feeling like I was ignorant and/or doing something wrong, and like I was an inconvenience to the staff at the front desk. A doctor even went so far as to call one of my aging dogs “a mess.” He then hastily and not gently proceeded to trim her nails, something I would have rather done myself at home if he had bothered to ask, and nipped her quick causing her to bleed and reverting progress I’ve made with her regarding trust around nail trimming.The ultimate reason I ended up leaving was the high cost. The exam fees are high and they will take every opportunity to charge you. I also constantly felt pressured into optional testing/screenings without any transparency about the price tag until checkout which would unexpectedly leave me in a tight spot financially.On the other hand, I once paid over $80 for an exam where the doc looked at my suddenly completely lame dog for the briefest minute, prescribed pain meds (on top of her existing pain meds), and told me to come back next week if it’s not better. Spoiler alert: we then had to pay for two exams just to be referred elsewhere as she had torn her CCL and needed surgery.Overall, not going to miss coming here.

front desk is always so nice, doctors are always there for any of our questions, med techs are kind and considerate....we have 5 dogs and 1 kitty, so we are always busy with appointments, they are always willing to fit us in and that means a lot...thankyou to all

Dr. Binette is simply the best. He saved my golden doodle's life by diagnosing her early. She had a rare congenital disorder and had surgery in New York to fix it. She wouldn't have made it but for his diagnosis. I have followed him faithfully thru the years and am so glad i did. He is caring and a very special person. His staff is ALWAYS very sweet and helpful. There is a new vet there who put out 13 year old kitty to sleep for us after he had a stroke, not eating and was doing very poorly and he was kind and compassionate. I truly feel this is the VERY BEST veterinary hospital you can ever hope to find.

We have been going here for 5 years. Our dog has severe fear of the Vet (he is a rescue and probably has had some serious issues in his previous life). Dr Maddox goes above and beyond to accommodate him, to make sure he gets the care he needs. The entire staff and vets, at this office have been great.
