Went there at 5 pm ordered 2 xl hot midnight coffee they refused to brew it and said I could only get decaf or original coffee nothing else could or would be made after 12pm! I've NEVER been told that at any coffee shop! I'm pretty sure it's laziness not factual considering I've got midnight coffee after 12 pm there & every other dunks I've ever gone to unless they were out of stock! I even questioned the boy and he just looked at me like I was stupid and walked off! Needless to say I won't be going back! Oh and this happened after standing at the register for 10 minutes and not being waited on with no one else in the store!

The staff is great here... Clean location. But unfortunately they have the crappiest selection of donuts at any dunks I've ever been to in Maine. I buy two old fashioned donuts and a coffee every morning for my boss. We work close by to this location. 4 out of 5 of those mornings they don't have old fashioned available. In fact, trying to get an old-fashioned donut at this location is like trying to get a black market kidney. Which sucks because it's a pretty good location otherwise. But you ARE dunkin' donuts... How about getting some donuts in there? Maybe up the number of the donuts that sell out quickly?

Monday, 18th of February. This is the 1st time stopping at this location and the last. Ordered an Americano with milk and caramel swirl with an extra turbo shot. I got hot flavored water. Stopped at the Windham location, and the results were night and day. Simple coffee, retraining required. Thursday, 22nd of February. Tried going back to resolve, and it was the same backwash. I could get better at a run-down gas station.

Very slow service. Ordered online and used the drive through. Still waited for 20 min. Wanted to drive off because I would be late for work and I was not expecting to wait that long. But since I payed for my order online I had no choice. Seemed there was a single person taking orders and handing them out in the dive through and a single person making orders but and 4 others just watching the others work. Not sure why it takes so long in the morning when there seems to be plenty of staff. At least my order was correct.

Absolutely above and beyond service from Mercedes and the morning crew.I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich on a plain glazed donut and it was a struggle at first to find the way to ring it in but they made it happen, with a smile on their face, and laughter from all of us. This is exactly everything I’ve ever expected from customer service and then some. A huge thank you to Mercedes and the morning crew of this store

This store never has what I want or I am sure others want! I ordered a hot chocolate for my son and was told the machine is broken! Sounds like McDonald's and their ice cream machine! They didn't have any cheese bagel twists! Only things I stop at DD for!! Don't waste your time!

Only leaving one star because It won't allow me to leave zero stars! This location is a joke! I order my drink at 5:28 pm I walk in to get my drink at 5:48 just to tell me sorry we cleaned our machines already. Mind you they have 3 employees working at this time. Now back up a few months ago, I ordered my drink 1 hour before closing...I show up there to get my drink and what do u know sorry we shut down our espresso machine already. I say to her it's an hour before you guys close! So here tonight I order my drink over an hour and a half before closing...and you guessed it no drink tonight either! Not to mention they are like sorry we're not trained on how to refund on the app. THEY EXPECTED ME TO LEAVE WITHOUT GETTING REFUNDED! IS THAT HOW YOU MAKE YOUR MILLIONS DUNKIN DONUTS IN POLAND!?!? I spend a lot of money at dunkin donuts ....needless to say I will be giving my money to a different location!!

This afternoon I went into the Dunkin' donuts at 1385 main Street and ordered a macchiato I had $946 points on my app which I use 900 of them which I thought covered my macchiato come to find out after my points had been deducted that it did not cover my beverage and the team member I refuse to give me my drink unless I paid cash for it after my points were already gone so I had to suggest ordering a latte instead of a macchiato because that's what the points were for this is just ridiculous. I was also told that I was not able to get my points back and that I had to pay for the beverage or that was it. I go to this Dunkin' donuts every single day and spend my money there needless to say I was not satisfied with this service.

They usually get my order correct, some staff are better than others. The woman cleaning the outside of the drive thru windows while I was at the window and smoking a cigarette...less than impressive. She could've thought that through a bit better. The young lady actually giving me my order through the window was very professional and kind.

All of our drinks were weak. Took 20 mins just to get 4. Staff is rude too. And the last time before that i ask for extra sugar. The label said 1 sugar.. Smh

Not even a 1 star rating. The staff are HORRABLE in the poland location, VERY slow, it took 35 minutes at the window to receive 1 medium-sized ice coffee the man at the window was very rude when I finally did receive my iced coffee there was no sugar and there was no cream it was black I asked for caramel swirl and cream only and I had a black coffee with nothing in it and they REFUSED to fix it after sitting there for 35 minutes waiting its truly a HORRABLE place

I think in general folks feel like the employees do as good as they can with what ownership has given them in terms of staff and proper training. Unfortunately, folks do take out frustrations on the employees and it's just a part of working with the public...it's not all roses kids, get used to it. There are better managed DDs for sure...

Service was slow. Went there at 610 pm asked if they had frozen coffees they said yes I ordered one went to the window for them to say they turned the machine off because they close in 45 min. It was a 95 degree day.

I've never had a bad experience during my morning stop. The drive thru is fast and the employees are always friendly. I truly believe they do the best they can with minimal staffing. Shame on the corporate office for pushing them so hard!

Love this place, love the employee's and of course love the coffee!!! No matter what shift I am treated to smiling employee's who genuinely care about their customers! When ever I have encounter problems with coffees or food they are quick to make it right and almost always offer a discount or return of money!

Pulled up to the drive thru they said just one minute... waited a good 4 to 5 mins and noone ever came back to take our order. Lost 2 costumers due to lack of customer service. Not impressed.

Every time I go there at 9:30pm their coolata machine is always down for cleaning. Tonight I wanted an Ice coffee...at the same time 9:30pm but they had already stopped serving customers. They're supposed to close at 10pm. Dunkin Donuts is a terrible company and the employees are absolutely useless.

We drive 3 hours from home for a family reunion and then back, so we stop there for coffee on the tide home and the coffee we ordered wasn't what we asked for. Also we asked the employee at the window about a travel mug and he actually said that he believed the cups in the window sill were not items that the store sold. I will stop at the next Dunkin Donuts in Gorham on our next trip.

I personally work for Dunkin and take great pride in doing my job well. I enjoy our regulars and even those just stopping in for coffee. Yes at times it does get crazy with the cut backs in staffing, and puts more pressure on only 2 people trying to run drive thru, sandwich station, make the drinks, and run front counter. I know our customers get frustrated, and sometimes orders get screwd up, but we are quick to fix the mistake. I take offence when people be little us workers. We work hard, there's always a rush, and we really do care about you choosing Dunkin. If staffing was better things would run a bit smoother.

I go to the Poland Me dunkin donuts every day at the same time and order the exact same thing every time. For the last 4 months every week at least once during that week my coffee has been screwed up, I order a large iced caramel swirl with creme only. Low and behold this week I ordered and got a medium one with sugar. Last week I got my large but low and behold no carmel swirl in it plain ice coffee. The week before low and behold I got a large with skim milk and sugar. What the hell gives????? There answer is I AM SORRY so sick of hearing this.....

I visit this Dunkin donuts whenever I visit my family in Maine. I have never come away from there being dissatisfied with the food or the service. However there is one person who really stands out. Her name is Leanna. She goes above and beyond in making a person's visit special along with donuts and coffee and juice. She serves up a big smile and any help you may need. For me it was help with my Dunkin donuts app, explaining what I need it to do because I had a new phone. To her, customers seemed to be more than a source to her paycheck. She sees the person. You can't have even a Dunkin donuts type conversation with Leanna and go away grumpy at all. She puts a smile on every face.

Went here @ 6:35pm today and there was a worker standing outside the back door and he said "Dunkin's closed"... Google says hours of operation were updated a week ago by this business. So either they're closing early or the hours on Google are incorrect. Either way bad business practice.
