Just some constructive criticism. Post your deli hours. Why a 24 hr joint closes their kitchen whenever they feel like it doesn't make for consistent business. Seems like they close the kitchen by 6pm or so. Or earlier, even on weekends. Which sucks because the food is usually halfway decent. They could really kill it as Pittsfield has minimal options for take out. Just seems foolish. They keep 2 cashier's on graveyard shift. One of them could be cranking out pizzas or at least fried food?

This place is the only place we go for breakfast, we have a trend that we call pizza friday and we go every Friday and get our favorite breakfast foods. This store also has a huge selection of drinks, my favorite would have to be the fantasy vibe Celsius or blue Prime. The one thing that I am a little bit disappointed in is the cost of the breakfast sandwiches, even though they are delicious.

I am originally from Pittsfield and always stop in. On Tuesday October 11, 2022 I stopped in to order 2 steak bombs (best I ever had) on way from eye injection in Waterville. I mentioned to deli clerk I was going to take home 4 hours away in Grand Isle. She offered to cut sandwiches in half, wrap and package in box fir me. She also put in condiments and cheese for microwaving when I got hone. The sandwiches were awesome. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I’ll be back on November 8 th for a repeat. Ted Crabtree you have a great team !!!!

I never thought I’d be reviewing a convenience store, but here we are. I grew up in Pittsfield, now live elsewhere & return to visit my parents regularly. The Manager Ted always says hello and is just so nice. It’s gotten even better now that his wife Brenda is there. Though this is not a family owned store, it feels like it is. Both Ted and Brenda act like everyone who come in is family and treats them as such. In addition, you would never think their pizza and calzones come from a gas station. Such good dough, and the deli is always so quick and accurate with my order. Can’t say enough good things about the store and its staff.

The deli does not keep a set schedule and closes when ever they like, I called at 5:30 and couldnt even order dinner due to the deli being closed and this is not the first time. EDIT: a year later and not a thing has changed.

Food is what you would expect from a gas station. Quality varies from person to person. They advertise a drive through, but you can never use it. They will not accommodate even if you call ahead.
