I was so impressed with the attitude of the employees. They were smiling and helpful, answering questions without a fuss. In this time of stress within the country it is nice to be met with good customer service. Family Dollar should be proud of its employees.

There shelves are a bit bare though not surprising as crazy as things are. The two women were very nice and helpful even though there was a line of customers. They are wearing masks for our safety and it must be miserable as the store is very warm. Even when the man in front of me through what he couldnt return she remained polite and apologetic. I always enjoy stopping in and i think you would too. All sorts of little gems in there.

talking to customers is great, but maybe not when theres a line of people; and also being the manager on your phone. Plus, the cashier is slow as HELL. How can you just stand there and not worry about wait time?

The store is filthy and unorganized there were items for purchase all over the aisles not safe for anyone to be shopping in this store as they could trip over things just laying around.

I go in here a lot. They have all kinds of things. Maybe a little more expensive then Walmart but an easy in and out when you don't have the time to go shopping and just need a few things. It is also a great place to quick gift up on the way to a birthday party that you just haven't found the time to go shop at a bigger store. Usually has something for any age. They have a good selection of toys that are not to expensive and can satisfy a kid on his birthday. They actually have some good clearance items if you can catch them. I got a king size comforter for just $20 dollars on clearance. Just as nice as getting something from Walmart. Also an item they have every year in the summer we get is air conditioner charger. It is very cheap but works like a charm. Saved me tons of money to going to a garage to my car recharged by a professional.

can,t believe how i was treated in this store because i was filming .girl called me weird harassed me and i did nothing .Don,t go there till they fire skinny girl with long hair and glasses. i do you tube and it was evil.they said my problem oh well.this store treats it,s costumers like garbage. sad they treat disabled people so mean not right.the girl should be fired if they where a respectable store . it,s ok she goes out has cigs as people are walking around store messed up. my sister is a state case worker seen it all .they try to lie there way out of it

I shop @ family dollar only if I have 2 in this town! I have worked in the public for 10 plus years an im a firm believer in customer service! Without your customer you wouldnt have a pay check! I always engage with my cutomers regardless if im having a good day or a bad day! Can't say the same 4 the employees @ family dollar! Ashley is great an always greats me with a smile :) So I do enjoy walking in knowing she's working! One of the many bad experiences I've had @ family dollar (which totally blew my mind ) I was @ the register ready 2 cash out the cashier walked away from me with her phone in hand walked over 2 another employee an showed her somthing on her phone!!!!! While they were giggling me the paying customer is impatiently waiting 2 be waited on!!!! After not going in 4 a while I go in grab the few things I needed cash out go 2 leave an tell the customer "have a great night" I get a yup 😡 Really??? How about you respond with " Thank you " or " You have a great night as well " ?? The customer service is horrible! FYI if you dont like people DON'T work in the public! Every customer should be greated by an employee not snubbed! I dont care if I have 2 pay twice as much an travel 10 miles further my business will be taken else where!

The two people who helped me were very attentive to my needs. They asked if I needed help finding anything and I asked for a phone charger. They searched until They found one that would work for me. Very friendly employees.

This is the average Family Dollar: a clean space with various, low price goods for anyone with a budget conscious mind. There usually aren't too many employees working, but the few that are are very willing to help you out.

Store manager stashes toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Stating to customers "no you cant buy them its mine. I work here" I witnessed her harass and yell at an elderly gentleman over toilet paper. Same day she yelled at an elderly lady about her ID. The lady was in her 80s!!!
