The best customer service I may have seen in my life. Everyone who came was super courteous and polite, measured everything accurately and communicated clearly. The guys went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted, with the whole project from first call to final nail done in less than a week. They all had the most professional and kind attitudes. I’m using them again for every flooring project. They matched the existing carpet lines perfectly and bound the edges so cleanly.

Rick at Foothills Flooring and his installation team did a real nice job installing CorTec flooring in our kitchen and two bathrooms last week. They arrived on the day scheduled and completed the service on the same day. Prices were fair, Rick is honest and very helpful in recommending flooring that we will be happy with. His installation team was professional and detail oriented, with all of the trim neatly added. They moved heavy appliances out of the way to access the room, and returned them when completed. Five stars! Rick put together a very thoughtful, detailed and reasonable quote prior to our job. He was able to juggle his calendar and opportunistically fit us in ahead of schedule. Installation experts Dan and Brandon did a phenomenal job, extremely focused on their craft. There were a few challenges in our job which they adapted to extremely well. We wanted vinyl plank for a long time and found so many options at Foothills Flooring! Rick was great, showing us different styles and explaining the costs. He fit us in for installation during my vacation week, too.Installers Dan and Brandon were excellent. They worked quickly and didn’t spend time goofing off and they were respectful of our place and with their language. Having been in the middle of a fiasco with a big box store ( first rug delivered incorrectly , second rug back ordered, dealing with multiple people thus lack of communication, etc. ) and with time restrictions, I came to Rick for help. He was recommended to me by a friend who has dealt with him for years and he and his co-workers came through with flying colors. I for one have had the opportunity to work with Rick through the years as I owned my own flooring business for many years. I worked for him he worked for me long before he started his own store so I can attest he has a great knowledge of most if not all flooring needs. Back then he and I claborated on many different projects from commercial to residential carpet to tile floors and showers and so on. Since I gave up the industry a d started a new chapter in my life I actually had him install a laminate floor in my own mother's house as I unfortunately do not have time to compete tasks like this with my work schedule and daughters school and sports schedules. He completed task on time and well priced as usual. I have trained him well ha Ha! Honestly for all your flooring needs give foothills flooring and rick Cummings a chance to help you out. I believe you will not be disappointed. Good luck Rick with you new endeavor and I may just come out of retirement at some point if you are looking for an installer.
