This store is consistently the dirtiest store in the region dust cobwebs and just built up dirt on shelves and products. I went in today, the men's room was out of order, the ladies room door doesnt latch, so it does lock. The water cooler, out of order. Both self checkout terminals out of order, and have been for over a week. Its the only thing bigger than a quickie Mart in the area so they get away with a dumpy store and employees who take more smoke breaks than anything. And can we please get rid of the Ebola/herpes/covid cover pink chew toy that they expect a customer to squeeze when they can't find an employee?There is one employee who usually works nights, male mid twenties, he's a good worker and always a good attitude.

This dollar general honestly does not feel nice to be in. The layout of the store is very cluttered and difficult to walk in especially with more than one person in the same Isle. The lighting in the store is really dim in some places and it kind of feels depressing and uncomfortable to be in. Often times items are out of place on the selves and looks really messy. At the checkout counter they offer candy but it is so filthy and dusty that I would never purchase them. I don't think anyone ever wipes down the selves and dusts the candy.The staff were okay and polite.I really don't enjoy when I have to come here. It feels really out of date and unclean unfortunately.

This was THE BEST Dollar General I have ever been in. Everything was neat, tidy, the shelves were filled and well organized, and the staff was freaking amazeballs! So incredibly helpful.

Really needs a manager.. there is always an obstacle to walk through, however they have more stuff than I knew! Gift card rack for anywhere. It's nice to live in a small town and still be able to just run down the road to get most of the things you need.

I love the fact we have the dollar general in town , I use to come in all the time . With this being said ,I am very disappointed in the way it's managed. You can't even walk down the aisles to get what you need .Why do they have to bring everything out at once. It's a big safty/ fire hazard,. Think about your people that have walkers .

Good spot for quick trip to store. Usually have what looking for. Only problem is appearance of store, isles always cluttered with merchandise waiting to be put on shelves, unable to view each isles mechandise because can't get down

Stores have become a local packaged food retailer along with their typical store items... Often prices look inexpensive, however often their package sizes are smaller! Still a good place to find a deal...

Nice place to stop! Staff were friendly, Dollar General has a great selection of items at pretty decent price points.

Cashier had no idea what Discover "Cash Over" program is (cash back added to your Discover card at the register), though Discover lists Dollar General as a participating store. And store policy is "no cash back." It looked like a convenient location to pick up some needed cash on my way through rural Maine, but turned out to be useless to me.

Didnt have what I was looking for.. Plus alot of the rows were blocked by carts of stuff that needed to be put away... The one and only good thing I really noticed was even though the store was overly cluttered it was clean.. And the workers were very pleasant

Other Dollar General stores are easy to shop at. This on is NOT. The shelves are usually bare and still empty the next day and the next... there is nothing convenient about this store.

This store does not always have what I am looking for, but they do have great sale items, plus a Pure Leaf decaf tea which is hard to find somewhere else.

Great place was a late night ice cream run, when the grocery store is closed and you don't feel like doing a half an hour run to Walmart!

I love the store in general. But the one on Minot Ave in Auburn needs some serious help. It is so unorganized and messy. Not like another store I have been into

The store has a great selection. Got everything I wanted. But every time I go there, it is a total disaster!!! Merchandise is a mess and there's stuff all over the floor!

Plenty of variety, although short staffed at times. Staff is nice and only complaint I have is that they rush too fast to get holiday items on the shelves.

The best ones are in West Paris and Buckfield. Auburn not so good. Always a mess in aisles and one clerk is not clean
