Just went to exchange a pair of pants due to being the wrong size. Told one of the employees we were exchanging. She said go ahead. Found pair of pants. We’re told they weren’t the same as they rang up as more. We went back to look again. Unfortunately all the pants look alike and are not well organized. They had no other pairs in the needed size for the price we originally purchased. Associate at the register was zero help other than a point of a finger towards the apparel department. No one offered to help look or check out back. We just had to spend 20 minutes trying to sort through pants that were completely thrown all over the clothing racks making any shopping pretty difficult. So we ended up returning them. And we have another pair that was supposed to be delivered last Friday which has not arrived yet and we will return those as well and go purchase them with another company instead. All in all. Awful customer service. Didn’t even try to take care of the customer. I’ll pay extra at local grain stores going forward rather than give them my business.

Glad to have one close by! They have lots of things it's hard to get elsewhere - animal / garden fencing, live traps for groundhogs/racoons/ other animals, and lots more. The gas cans they sell here (with a button on the head instead of pushing against the fill spout) are the only new style ones I can use without spilling. Great store.

Disappointed about the reward system. Keep losing the rewards, always told we can't use them yet then lose them. Spend alot of money there,discouraged us from going so much. Love having one in town. Not much variety, empty shelves often. High prices. Hardly any toddler clothes

We tend to go early so the salad bar is always full and fresh. Food is hot and tasty, beer nice and cold. Prices are reasonable. Never seems to be crowded.

Could use a good cleaning. Maybe start with picking up the trash in the parking lot and maybe re-painting the lines in the parking lot.

They have such a good selection of just the kind of stuff it takes to keep your farm or home up and running. I wander around checking stuff out like 3 times longer than any other store I shop at. My favorite place to shop.

Very low on birdseed and supplies...for my 4 visit in 5 weeks... nothing has prices on them or the shelf... ask for help to see if any Japanese bettle traps, guy looked at me like I was crazy..then reluctantly took to the place I had been standing looking for past 10 mins... I use to love this store but now it's just as bad as going to Walmart..either cant find what you need or no price to be found..Front end is no better...Will say the only friendly person was the girl outside water the dead plants, but at least she was friendlyGuess it's time to find a different place to shop.

Some items I just can't find anywhere else near home, and though the prices are a little higher, I save by not having to travel 30 miles one way to get similar products. Their quality is very high and the staff very knowledgeable.

Drive an hour away because the item says in stock and available for pickup today. Get to the store to have nothing on the shelf, go to customer service to be told to wait for another staff member to come help, 10 minutes go by no staff to help same guy just asked comes over asks me again what I am looking for and says he has to go check. While aggravated and waiting speaking to my husband the woman at the customer service desks decided to chime in, asks if we need help is told that we are waiting for the guy to come back and says “we’ll it sounds like you need help” needless to say the 500 hundred dollars I was just about to spend there is now being spent elsewhere. Palmyras customer service has a lot to be needed.

Don’t waste your time, there’s a 99% chance whatever you need will be out of stock even if listed as in stock online. Thankfully there is a Paris farmers union close by, and I can order my dog food online.

Tractor Supply has everything. They have hardware, clothing, pet food, gasoline powered tools, and lawn tractors. They also have a large variety of farming supplies. That ranges from irrigation plumbing to fencing and large animal feed. The staff is friendly and can help you find what you are looking for.
