The best thing about my shopping experience was the staff! They were friendly and smiling the whole time. In retail it was probably fake but still was nice to see. Lol The store really needed a good recovery as stuff was all over but that being said I was able to find what I was looking for. Lots of Holiday decorations to also choose from. Take a trip in and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much they have.

Best manager and very nice staff. Always clean and organized. We shop here a lot and never have a negative experience. Staff is ALWAYS masked which also make us comfortable too. Sara (Sarah) and Lois are the BEST and will always go way out of their way to help someone.

The store itself is a bit unorganized to be honest, but my review is based upon the customer service I observed. Today I was at the Palmyra location and an older man was complaining to an employee that he bought a stapler a couple weeks ago and it was "the second time he had returned to get staples for it"- to no avail clearly. He was getting louder and more rude by the second feeling that they shouldn't sell staplers if they didn't sell staples....(over staples, folks...) The employee apologized and explained she understands his frustration, but that they just had a back to school rush. She asked another associate to cover the register so she could check out back to see if some were there, just not pushed yet. She was unsuccessful. She then asked the associates to check the office to hopefully provide him their personal/store stock. They didn't have any either. She then took it upon herself, without being asked, and unbeknownst to the man, to run across the way to Walmart to purchase this man staples to rectify the situation...It's just The Dollar Tree, the man clearly could have done the same for himself, and not had been so rude. She could have recommended a close alternative, but instead she did it for him without being asked.Way to go, Ladies. Exceptional customer service when it was least expected!!

I really do enjoy this store. It is clean and has a nice selection of items for $1. However, I bring clients here who use wheelchairs and it is pretty difficult to get through the doors (more so going out of the store) while pushing a wheelchair due to the doors not being automatic. Other than that. Nice store.

They weren't lying when saying everything was a Dollar, now I will admit with it being a Dollar Store everything isn't exactly high quality products. Some thing's will probably break. Mainly just kids products, some food, cleaning products, some clothing, dishware, snacks such as chips & candy. Not much to really choose from, however customer service isn't bad. It's nice and cool (not hot) in this Dollar Tree. Unfortunately, there is no public restrooms. I believe they sell Pet products here for dogs & cats when it comes to food, but I don't exactly remember because its been a month or two sense I've been. I'm pretty sure they sell school supplies here as well during the season.

This store sells what you expect to find at Dollar Tree. I like buying greeting cards, wrapping paper, gift bags, batteries, kitchen supplies and other stuff. You definitely can't beat the price. I don't see any reason to pay more than a dollar for wrapping paper, which is why I only buy it here. This particular store is clean, no clutter, well stocked shelves and kindly people working there.

I won't go back there. Sign on door everyone must wear face cover. Employees were, as well as myself. 8 of the other 12 people not counting kids were young, no sign of breathing difficulty , not wearing masks. As bad as Walmart which I won't go to as only ones with masks are employees.

Dollar Tree is in a very convenient location since it is across from Walmart. So I'm able to combine shopping needs at both places into one trip.

As I was checking out, the cashier was talking on the phone the whole time he was ringing up the sale. VERY RUDE. He should have told the other person, "I've got a customer; I'll put you on hold". But no, he said it was his boss and you can't do that with your boss. HUH!!!

Open late with parking lot full..when manger open door talking on the phone about her Christmas ( personal conversation) on a business phone..The cashier was mean mugging us...Not happy with her life..I shouldn't know that....shity costumer service..But enoy the store...
