The staff are always friendly and helpful. I couldn't find something and one of the employees tried so hard to find it. He did find out that they weren't shipped any. Can't fault the in store staff for that.

This was my first time shopping in your store and I have to tell you ....your staff are real gems..the second we walked in we met Dakota and he took the time to help us out..he went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed done..he was so very helpful and took the time to explain stuff on line that we didn't understand..what a real bonus for the Ocean State Job Lot..such a pleasant gentleman..then while shopping we had so much help from the associates..then I cashed out first and Eric was wonderful.i told him this was my first time shopping there so I wasn't sure how to give him the number he needed..he was so friendly and helped me right along. It is so hard to get workers like these workers..smiles always and so helpful.I just want you to know after we left your store we went next door and as we cashed out my daughter and I looked at each other..the cashier in that store, had she smiled her face would probably had cracked..what a difference from you store..Applaud to your store for hiring such good people..we will be back for sure. Thank you

When it comes to value this store is second to none! The reason I gave him only three stars as they are chronically clogging the aisle so that a wheelchair or mobility devices cannot fit down it. As a handicapped individual this is insanely frustrating

Prices are decent but there are no tags on half of their stuff and the employees don't even know prices. Checkout lines are super long and employees are not competent

I enjoy the savings from the ship to store program. As well, the gimmicks that they use to promote shopping with them are actually good savings. In particular, the forty percent extra for coins. I've saved a lot of money purchasing from them. I'm also impressed with the donations the company is constantly making to non profit charities that help the community.

Your average overstock/random junk store. If they have what you need it will be a great deal. They probably won't though. The third star is for the beer and wine section. I have found hard to get cases of local microbrew varieties at very reasonable prices.

Went there today looking for a BBQ grill brush and Butane grill starters. Found both quickly and very reasonably priced. Also picked up a 6 pack of Portuguese Sweet Muffins (large English Muffin shaped sweet bread with raisins.) Slow customer traffic with the 1 open cashier was quickly and efficiently redirected and I was paid up and on my way...VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Planning a return trip to browse all departments possibly this weekend.

Great deals on all sorts of household, clothing and food items. Some items are close outs but mostly they carry items which they've negotiated lower costs direct from manufacturers. The local store manager, Bill and his staff are very helpful. They will not hesitate to assist you find an item or get a raincheck. Glad this RI favorite found it's way to Western Maine.

I was leisurely shopping today. Very glad to find $4.99 walnuts in the plain bag. The California ones have been rancid every time (3)I've boughten them. I love the variety of teas. I bought 3 boxes today. Check out was efficient and friendly. I did wait a few minutes for a second lane to open.

Always enjoy the ride to Oxford. Always a great place to shop but this week there were many empty shelves. Must be the supply problem we see on the news. Still took Rt 117 and it was beautiful.
