Great food at fair prices. Friendly and helpful Staff. Nice clean restrooms. Check cashing service available at Service Desk up to $1000. Good Deli and Baked Goods. I shop at the Oxford or Bridgton Locations Primarily ( sometimes Windham or North Conway) . Pharmacy and Bottle Redemption on Site. Lots of Parking. Store tends to be quite busy at times ( especially Summertime and Holidays)

It’s all about how much money they can charge us there was no small carts anywhere I heard they do this so you will buy more and are always moving things so you have to stay in store longer and hopefully spend more money it’s ridiculous

Food quality, especially seafood has really suffered recently. Be careful buying produce that it hasn't begun to go bad.We have shopped at Hannaford for a long time but we have started to spend money elsewhere.

0 stars, the pharmacy shouldn’t exist.They are 100% the reason why my dog had a seizure. Took them 15 days to do their job. They blamed the vets office for days. It wasn’t the vets, it was their useless pharmacy.

The store changes where items go all the time. A lot of products are always out of stock. I never leave with my shopping list completed. You can always get good chicken and burger deals if you buy in bulk.

As a handicapped individual this is an incredibly difficult store to shop in. They got three stars instead of two because there was one time that I went there that employee actually offered to come around and shop with me since I'm in a wheelchair. They are frequently out of gluten free items and lactose free items. The other thing I don't like about Hannaford is they charge for pick up delivery unlike Walmart that doesn't charge. Also be aware if you do grocery pick up you don't have an option to bring your own bags like you do at Walmart. They just charge you per bag and that gets to be expensive and annoying when you're on a fixed income

Great New England Regional Grocery Store. Fresh Produce, Good Meat, Lobster. Fair Cat and Dog Food Selection. Lots of surprises for Ethnic Foods. Great Bakery Goods and Deli. Curtesy Desk is very helpful. Large Selection of Beer , Wine and Spirits. Tobacco Products. Charcoal and Camping Supplies. Stores in this Chain are clean and well lit, and have clean Bathrooms.Ample Parking Lot kept clear of Winter Snow . Handicap Accessible.

There is an excellent bakery, deli, fish and seafood department, and meat department. The grocery associates are very friendly and helpful and the pharmacy is well stocked with great service.

I like the reset of the store including the flow. There is a synchronicity. I haven't utilized the Hannaford to Go. I have noticed there are more people working in that department so I believe it's doing well. I feel they are second to none in quality of staff, and customer service. They've redone the whole parking lot. It's easier to park now that the painted lines are there. I feel they are my hometown store.

It was kinda of busy for the day after Thanksgiving, Pharmacy went really quickly for pick up in the store. And it was busy for the 5 minutes in the store, self check out was busy except for two open self check out registers. Still decent for being in the store for like 5 minutes

Hannaford has gone down hill, the produce is more moldy than before. And management is extremely poor, I reported how undercooked food was in bakery for 6 months and at the 7 month mark I was told well Rome wasn’t built overnight. The assistant store managers are clueless and don’t know how to actually work. But love to bicker with the department managers. As a worker if you respect yourself and take pride in your job this is not the store for you.

As always, I'm impressed with the big meat selection and the specialty meats. They also have a vast selection of other grocery products. The employees are very helpful and courteous. They are close to finishing the upgrades. It looks different than before, it will take time to learn the new layout. Hannaford has completed the remodeling and they have installed aisle signs and it makes shopping so much easier.

Just up from the waterfront in Naples, this is a convenient alternative with a standard bar menu. There is a large covered outdoor eating area. The food was well prepared and tasty. Friendly staff make this a pleasant dining experience.

I love Hannaford, I can find what I need a most of the time and the staff is always friendly. I do wish they brought back Daiya frozen pizzas, my wife eats them due to allergies and it was one of those quick things we could get when we didn't want to spend a long time making our own dough. Additionally Auburn needs a new hannaford like other towns have gotten, this store is always packed and doesn't seem large enough for the demand in the area.

I have cancer and am mobility challenged. Because of the Oxford Hannaford's electric buggy policy I can no longer shop at their store. They will not allow the buggies in the parking lot so I can't drive to my truck and unload my cart and have one of the Associates bring the cart back in the store for me. They also will not bring one out to me so I don't have to try to walk into the store and take a chance on falling to get to a buggy. On the other hand with a phone call to the service desk Walmart will bring one out to me and allow me to bring my groceries to my truck with the buggy. This is hannaford not caring about the needs of their customers

Physically the the store has never looked better; unfortunately it appears to come at the cost of functioning card reading machines in the self-checkout and customer service training. When the young person "responsible" for assisting self checkout customers finally came, she upbraided me "did you get the checkout button? When I responded yes, she snapped back with the same: "you probably didn't hit the checkout button" and then fled to the far side of the front end, as my card I'd just used in another store was rejected again and again. Nevermind I used to work as a cashier in this very store. Finally I had to drop items and pay cash just to get out of the store. Very poor customer "service." Having said that, on prior occasions some associates went the extra mile to be helpful, so: a revised review = 3/5 stars.

This place is ridiculous. I was trying to buy wine and the cashier practically spit in my face and told me to leave and I was poising my child (I had my 4 year old with me, who OBVIOUSLY was not consuming any alcohol.) NEVER SHOP HERE. The management is terrible and I don’t care to support this business anymore. Also, one worker, Sadie, saw this interaction and tattled on me for trying to go to another lane while my child was waiting at the exit.

Despite not putting things that go together (i.e. peanut butter and jelly) in the same place, and moving the whole store around every 9 seconds so u can never get in and out quickly, my friend needed help locating an item and the manager was very accommodating. The store as a whole is overpriced and the staff pretentious, but the produce is excellent, save a lot has better meat tho, sorry

Always great local (seasonal) produce which is always welcome.New updates and renovations happening in store currently! Renovations almost completed and wow! What a big difference. Layout is easily navigated with clear signage overheat. Updated + improved variety of products; great deals thru online web site coupons, earn points for Hannaford products redeemable quarterly. Always the best meats available with a new and improved fish freezer.
