Third day in a row I have purchased flower and can't even roll it because it's so dry and harsh. I called each time and I'm told to self remedy it with water. At 35 an eighth I feel like it's just not worth the money anymore if I have to wait 3 or 4 hours after i buy it.

This was my first experience at a dispensary, and it was really nice! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable! It was my first time trying edibles and the gentleman who helped me answered my 20 million questions and guided me to an option that work great and tasted great for me. I will definitely continue to come back!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Firestorm since they opened. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars on edibles, flowers, concentrates …. they failed to stand by the products they sell by refusing me a refund for a defective vape pen sold to me. They wouldn’t even switch out my pen for a new one! So now I have a full cart, and a pen that does not work.I went to BROTHERS CANNABIS in Bangor Maine and explained the situation. They gave me a FREE vape pen for the trouble, and had a much larger variety of cannabis to choose from at a much lower price compared to Firestorm. I will be bringing my business to Brothers Cannabis from now on, and will be recommending my friends and family to redirect their business to Brothers Cannabis also.It’s a shame Firestorm is willing to treat loyal customers so poorly over such a small cost of a vape pen. Truly disappointing.

This was my first time at any dispensary. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. The selection was small but that's not a bad thing, I was actually more impressed with how organized everything was. The prices are a little steep but that won't stop me from coming back, with it being close to home I plan on coming back either way. Overall great place

Firestorm Orono is without a doubt my favorite recreational dispensary. The pricing is reasonable for recreational and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus the weekly deals and quick rewards program I have nothing bad to say! Highly recommend one of their drinks or any of their house strains! I have been in many times and have never had a bad experience with any of their products or staff. 10/10 give it a try and be glad you stay.

Everyone that works here does amazing at their job! Everyone’s always super friendly and willing to help if maybe you’re not too sure about something. The quality of the bud is amazing, definitely worth the price which also isn’t bad, especially when it gets you as high as it does. Definitely worth stopping by!

Amazing staff and flower ! Normally I send my boyfriend in and today was the first time I went in to the dispensary , the staff was very helpful ! Jeff helped me pick out some good flower and even helped me get some deals 😁 ended up getting spray tan and sundae driver, I’m smoking spray tan as I write this and it’s good smoke !

Friendly staff sum products are priced according others seem to be priced little too steep. The recreational market is still young so i see its still best to shop around if possible depending on what your looking for on that day.

My own experience first time ever going there today woman working upfront amazing skills for working in the public the asshat in the backroom where you choose what you want has quite the dickish attitude and shouldn't be working in the public or with people with the attitude I was Givin over a question. I'm allset and probably won't return due to this issue.
