It always feels like I’m in a hallmark movie when I walk in here. Its one of my favorite places to go when I visit Rangeley. Always clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Love how streamlined the website is! It’s not often you encounter an online ordering system that gives you the option to pay cash when you get there! Very simple and easy to use! I come here often for my job but have never ordered anything but it always smells amazing! I recently decided to try the chicken parm, and lemme tell you it was very delicious! The chicken was battered very well and you could tell the oil they fried it in was very clean, the sauce was on the sweeter side but worked very well with the bread which was toasted perfectly (sometime toasted bread is obnoxious cuz it stabs into your gums but this bread was toasted just enough to add that complexity of crunch yet still have a soft warm bready inside). The sandwich was only about 7-8inches but considering it wasn’t a 14$ sandwich which is what most places these days charge for a chicken parm, I felt like I truly got my monies worth! I will definitely be back!Also the sauce was on the lighter side and didn’t give me heartburn which is a major plusKeep up the good work!!

Loved this place. We would not have known to give it a try had our host not told us about it. Great sandwiches, great staff. Great to grab and go or sit outside on the porch and enjoy the day.

I've been stopping here since the late 1980s, early 1990s for some groceries for camping or a bite to eat. It's one of those lakeside convenience stores that have a little of everything. The food served and the pizza have always been excellent. My kids always want to stop here since they have been coming here their entire lives. It serves and creates wonderful memories. It's like, they are the 💓 beat of Oquossec Ctr.

The OG has fed our family and staff lunch all summer!! Their menu has something for everyone and online ordering makes it super easy to place multiple orders. The food is always fresh and delicious! Some of our favorites: thin crust pizza, gluten free chicken tenders, the Excavator sandwich, the Chicken Caesar wrap and turkey or tuna salad on their rye bread (really, anything on the rye bread!)! In addition to the great food, the staff is incredibly friendly... Everyone always has a smile, no matter how busy they are!

This place has great breakfast pizza, and breakfast sandwiches, They have plenty of coffee options as well.The employees are friendly and good at their jobs.The store is clean an neat. It has no bathrooms, so you need to go by the fire station to go.It is conveniently located across the road from the park, down the road from the lake, and only about 5 miles from rangley.

We visited Rangeley for two days and ate lunch there the first day. So good. Went back for supper as we felt safer than jamb packed restaurants. Steak sandwiches are amazing but excited to try other things.Got up in the morning and without question drove to this place. Sat on porch and drank coffee and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Egg, ham and cheese on wheat. Wonderful. Great friendly people. 💕

Love how early they open. Up here for work, and have a long commute to a remote location, but was still able to swing by and grab a breakfast sandwich. Super tasty! Didn't have time to look around, but it seemed like a really cute little shop with a good selection of groceries for the size. Very friendly as well!

OQ is not very big, in keeping with the town but they sell lots of the things you need on vacation or for living. Their sandwich selection is top notch and the young ladies who serve you are great fun. The store clearly understands the need for service with a smile.

My sister in law got a saladIt looked great, chicken and fresh greens (why they got the three stars)The bacon cheeseburger on the other hand (deserves a single star) is a Walmart based box burger “at its best” (suppose to come with lettuce and tomato) didn’t on this oneLooked like someone sat on it after wrapping it in aluminum foil.For $12.98 (with fries)Put the vegetables on as advertised as well as use real ground beef 🤦🏻‍♂️ Come on

BEST convenience store in the area, hands down. They offer a remarkable selection of deli/takeout/grocery/bakery items considering the size of the place. If you don't see what you want, ASK! The staff couldn't be nicer and the place is immaculate clean. Yep, they have wine and the hard stuff too.

Had pizza and Curley fries there. Curley fries were good but very disappointed in the pizza. Pizza looked like Digiornos boxed pizza . The pizza photo posted on their website did not look like what we we had. Very disappointed.

If you are looking for carry out, this is the best value in the area. The building is quaint and rustic with the charm of a small town mountain store. You can buy basic grocery items here, but they also offer fresh daily baked goods and a varied take out menu. The pizza has a thick bubbled crust like I love, but they also offer thin crust. You can create your own sandwich/sub on a selection of bread types and shapes, or you can select from their many selections. The steak and cheese bomb has chunks of real steak. They also offer hamburgers, fried clam/shrimp/haddock baskets, and Wing Dings tossed in your choice of sauce.

I have been coming up to Rangeley for years and this little spot is just the best. They have almost everything you need. Great sandwiches, local spirits and beer. The NYT on Sunday and if you get there early donuts too

I don't understand how these people are still in business. They are so incredibly expensive and then they have the audacity to have to worst customer service in the Rangeley/Oquossoc area. It is mainly run by women and I don't think Ive had a single pleasant encounter going into that store. I will make it a point to drive out of my way to go to either the Looney Bin or Lakeside Convenience that is how bad they are. You've been warned.

A great market with all you would need while staying in the area. Great sandwiches and pizza, breakfasts and the pies are the best anywhere!! A must while in Rangeley area.
