One of my favorite stores to shop at, friendly helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. There’s even a store cat. My family and I enjoy stopping in whenever we’re in town. Maybe we need paint, maybe pet supplies, they’ve got quite a good variety of useful supplies and tools.

First visit they didn’t have a product we were looking for so they looked at another source for us to check. We were very impressed. Went back a second time for a small clasp we needed but because they were so gracious the first time I treated myself to a Yeti cup. Thank you Aubuchon.

I always enjoy going into the Old Town Aubuchon store. The staff are helpful, easy to talk to, and the place is clean. Keep up the good work, seeing new workers there sometimes bothers me, but soon they are like old friends.

Customer service is outstanding! Everytime I have been to the Old Town store the employees are polite, professional, knowledgeable, and make sure your needs are met before leaving the store. Yes, the prices are slightly higher than the "big box" stores, but it's local, convenient, and have an extensive range of products . Even if I had to drive by a big box store to get here I would just because of the customer service. I will not go to stores/establishments with rude employees so this store makes it worth the trip. Thank you Aubuchon employees for your hard work and assistance!

This is a very clean store inside. I often find myself saving more money running to Bangor then buying things from this store though. Their prices are too high to make it a place to shop at alot.

I always enjoy shopping at your hardware store. It's a sane, organized environment. You employ friendly people. I may pay a bit more for some things than if I went to the "Big Box" stores. However, I like going in and browsing even if I've gotten what I came for in my hand. It is an environment that provides an education as I browse.

The staff at Aubuchon answered all my questions courteously and thoroughly. They are very friendly as well as knowledgeable. The store is clean and well-stocked with a good range of items in each category. They carry premium pet foods, which is great for a small town. The best part: I'm new to the area, I don't know anyone, and I don't have a car. I rely on cabs for transport. I had to make a huge purchase of dog food, cat food, and another large item. I already had a cart full of purchases from another store, and still had more shopping to do. These lovely folks allowed me to leave my packages in their store while I finished shopping. They also helped me load my things into the cab--including items I'd bought at other stores! I wish all businesses were as courteous and service-oriented as Aubuchon Hardware.

They will surprise you with some odd ball items they carry! I have found things here in stock that Home Depot does not even carry. You will pay extra but sometimes you just need the product and it is worth it. They do have good sale prices though. Staff is friendly and helpful when they are in a good mood but we all are gnarly at times lol.

I bought a grill yesterday from these wonderful people. The staff was personable, understanding, and overall just absolutely great. If you need to go to a hardware store for ANYTHING I recommend this place. They will take great care of you.

They have most everything you would need from a hard and a few extra stuff. I find their prices to be consistently higher than most places. Manager and asst. Manager very knowledgeable. Other employees are fair to poor. I say poor as some will guess or give wrong answers to questions. Had that happen several times. Over all not a bad place for slightly over priced hardware. Again very knowledgeable management.

Staff is always friendly. Reason for 2 stars is they're a little pricey, and the fact they have Christmas stuff up at the start of November. Stores lose my respect when they are 2 months early with Christmas. They need to stop shoving that stuff down our throats, and await till December to put it up. Ruined an amazing holiday with commercialization

Everytime I go in to Aubuchan, I'm always greeted nicely. I'm also asked! if they can help me find something? The old town store is great! Although sometimes things there can be more expensive! But usually I always find what I need at a reasonable price. Brandon at the old town store, is a good dude and always willing to help locate what I need and takes the time to find the right things

Always friendly staff on each and every visit. Just be careful in the parking lot getting out of your vehicle. Those run away Angelo's pizza drivers will make you jump back into your vehicle from them whipping into the parking spot next to where you are getting your feet planted!

A well stocked store for most hardware items and assorted, unexpected items. They are generally friendly but it depends upon who waits on you. The same thing goes with their own knowledge of what they carry, and advice on how to use items. Worst thing? They are really quite pricey!
