Two parts to this review...We stayed in the condo upstairs in February and loved it. Beautiful condo. Had everything we could ask for, full kitchen, awesome beds, great shower and a killer view.This April, we went to the bar. The nachos were huge. Two of us ate them and ate the leftovers later that night. It was very tasty and the drinks were good.We want to go back to both eventually.

I came in on a Friday night; yes i had couple of drinks prior but could not resist the live band. They “cut me off” after the 1st drink; anyone who spoke to the band was also cut off… I was only there to enjoy music not drinks. And threatened me to be kicked out when asked for a 2nd. I was solely there for the music and a chill weekend “vibe”. . It does have Great music and an awesome atmosphere but HORRIFIC STAFF. They made me feel like a criminal just walking through the doors.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I feel I need to share this.I was there on 9/9/23 to see Motor Booty affair which was an amazing show as usual. I went to the bar to order two margaritas with well tequila. I was told that they don't serve well tequila and I was fine with that. What floored me is that I was told it was $30 for two margaritas! Mind you, they are served in TINY plastic cups...I was very courteous, didn't question the pricing, paid and left. It also makes me wonder if the bartenders make up their own pricing for drinks or not. The year before I went to both bars, one side I was charged $10 for a drink and the other side I was charged $12 for the same drink. I understand these are tight times we're living in and the prices are going up, but I recommend drinking at home to save $$ if you're charging $15 for tiny drinks....

I like that they have live music. The food is fine and they have a beer I found fine. We ran into the strangest seating situation. We did have a large party but simply wanted to be near each other and there were plenty of seats available. We had part of our group on a separate tab but because we wanted to talk to each other they forced them into a corner table because they can't make table decisions on the fly. Now we can't talk to our group.Furthermore, the table we wanted had remained empty for the duration of our visit, essentially screwing one of the wait staff out of a tip.I'm sure it's tough to deal with vacationers but when someone is trying to make things easier and more fair, maybe show a little flexibility.Super disappointed in this experience.Update: now they have seated a table between our two tables because we were congregating around the table they forced part of our party into. Updating my review to a 1. Probably not coming back ever

This looks like such a beautiful place, We would have loved to stay here. However, After emailing twice and calling and leaving a message with no response we are unable to book a room or have any of our questions answered. I am truly frustrated with this as we have heard wonderful things about this place. I truly hope they fix this issue and we can stay in the future.

The room was pretty nice, it was clean and well kept. The views are absolutely amazing, and the music that's played every night gives you hours of entertainment. The only problem is that since it is more of a condominium complex, there is no one ever in the office to help with anything and the restaurant and the condo owners don't seem to get along too well, as they have the parking lot securely divided, and unless you park in a designated parking space, YOU WILL GET TOWED!

Booked a third floor Oceanside condo in February. We wanted to see what winter was like in OOB. Beautiful condo with 2 bedrooms. King room had sliding glass doors onto a private balcony with uninterrupted view of the ocean. The living room also had full glass with balcony access. Full kitchen. Dining area. Pull out sleeper sofa. Amazing! Very clean and comfortable.Even though you can’t call for reservations, emails were returned promptly. Shannon was very conscientious in answering questions and helpful.

My family and I came up from Boston last weekend and we had such a great experience. The outside band had us dancing all night and played a wide variety of music for the different age groups. The staff was helpful and the bartenders were very quick for the place being as busy as it was. I look forward to going back next year for our annual family get together.

The bartender we had was not friendly at all but I came for the drinks and the view, so her attitude didn't damper my good time.Food & drinks: Chicken tenders and Rum buckets are awesome!

Great beach big beach bar with great bands and fun times. Cool place to catch the fireworks. Drinks are made well.Nearby activities: Shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Palace Playland for kids and the pier for the adults.Walkability: 5-min walk to the pier and amusements.

Our room was fabulous, clean and spacious it was absolutely beautiful. Our private 3rd story balcony was amazing. We watched the sunrise over the ocean and spent a lot of time out there in awe of the view. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back next year... definitely going to stay longer next time. Outdoor bands all day were great and the food was too.

The Brunswick is a chill spot. I have chosen to only attend when 12/OC plays live , so I can only say how it was then. I’d say it’s a business that cares about the customers. They have water out for everyone, security is friendly with people. All in all, a good time. Crowd age from college students to some cougars.

Fun and nice place to stop by for some quick on light food.The menu offers a pretty wide range of items, we ordered from most area and they were decent.The environment was alright, the public music was a little loud and it was crowded. The staff were kind and helpful.

The bar at the Brunswick is a fine place to sit back at watch the waves roll in while have a nice lunch. I had a beer and a bowl of the Chili, which was very good.My server, Shannon T, checked on me often and was really good.I would come back anytime for the brew and view!
