Had a nice time. Very reasonable happy hour and great bartender. We did get buck a shuck oysters that were decent, but could have been cleaned a bit better. But overall the menu was priced well and their happy hour is extremely reasonable. Will definitely be back to try something else besides the oysters, as the plates came by the bar and looked pretty tasty.

Stopped in here for a light dinner and got the haddock bites appetizer, French fries, and an espresso martini from the drink specials. The service was great, attentive, but not annoyingly so. The haddock bites were delicious and a decent portion size, too! The French fries were not special or even noteworthy, just something else to fill your belly with and were also generously portioned. I personally wasn't impressed by the espresso martini, but I tend to be critical towards them because it's my my favorite and a go-to whenever I find it on a drink menu. Atmosphere was very loud inside which is fine with me, but good to be aware of and they also have outdoor seating too.

I have chosen this establishment several times over the summer to gather with friends. Its location is appealing and convenient. Their entire staff team is engaging and upbeat, their drinks are refreshingly tasty, and the food is exceptional! Both flavorful and executed beautifully! Each time I visit I find something new to love! Well done, Jumpin’ Jake’s!Parking: There isn’t a bad spot in the lot! Quick and easy access!

Went in with my wife for the twin lobsters special. Had the rum punch - very well made and tasty. The lobsters not so much. 2 of the lobsters were obviously previously cooked and frozen. Then thawed, reheated and served. Lobsters did not have any taste as one would expect in OOB. Also 1 out of 2 of the lobsters meat were falling apart and were previously frozen. Had to add salt to the butter to get them to taste right. Not again.....

This restaurant has a very laid back, beach type atmosphere and we felt very comfortable there! A little noisy but nonetheless it was fun! The food was delicious, I had the scallops and they were truly mouth watering and the rest of our party enjoyed their lobster and haddock. The only downside was the service, it was very slow and several mistakes were made but the place was very busy so I can easily give the waitstaff a pass!

The service was amazing but sadly the food was not good the chicken strips where not very good .The prices are not worth the food.If you are going to go just for drinksThen it's perfect for that .But not going back for foodThe waitress for Awesome and so friendly so that was a plus .And made it hard to tell her how the food was .It's not her fault.But go for the Bar for sure sir out side and enjoy the dayParking: When not peek of the summer seasonPlenty of parking .But it's in old orchardIt's normal to have a hard time at times finding parking . It's a vacation place.

Don't know if this place just opened from the winter because they were out of some of the food and drinks we wanted to order and we waited a while for our food!! That being said The staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND APOLOGETIC!! We ordered the Clam chowder and Haddock bites! The haddock bites were fresh lightly breaded and cooked to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!! Some reviewer said that the clam chowder was canned!! NO WAY the clam chowder was thick MEATY AND DELICIOUSLY SEASONED!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL RETURN!!

Four reasons to avoid this place. First up, they either dont have AC or dont use it. The day we went there was a heat advisory. Probably a good time to use AC, but nope, not here. Second, while the lobster bisque was good, the scallops were not. Food was mediocre at best. Third the cocktails were not great. I would recommend stock premixed bottle cocktails as that would be better. The service was so slowwwwwwwww. I mean 1+ hours. They ended up bringing the food out one at a time. The pizza with no cheese included a spinach topping that was premixed with cheese. That the server didnt realize until after it was made. My meal was the last to come out and it was a lobster roll, which takes 5 minutes or less to make.

The waitress was very attentive. However the rest on the experience was dismal. Clam chowder was out of a can. The fries were soggy. I had the baked Halibut, it tasted almost okay at best. I went there as 1 person, was seated at a tiny table next to the pool table. There were no condiments or silverware, I had to ask for both. All the other tables had a standard condiment setup, glass shakers, bottles of ketchup, steak sauce and hot sauce. I got paper packets. I think the worst part was being put on display pretty much in the middle of the room. It's already tough going out by yourself but they could try to makev you feel less awkward by at least being by a wall or at least not in the middle. I will not go there again.

The building itself was pretty warm. Almost not any kind of relief of temperature at all. Waitress tried her hardest and clearly the owners are not giving the staff enough tools to be successful.When waitstaff needs to wait till the waitstaff before them rings in their orders, the next order has wait till they can be ordered to be able to ring up food or drinks the time of the orders no matter how many staff you have available. Waitress waited indoors and the dry bar outside.Still only one POS was being used.15yr old buser needs to have other duties so he can be useful and help the business be successful.A designated food runner would be absolutely be beneficial for this establishment.Overall had a great time just mentioning several things as a long time food service industry worker can offer for words of encouragement to make your business successful.

The food was inexpensive compared the Lobster Claw Pound where we ate the night before. 7 people in our party multiple appetizers and lobster meals. Food was really good but the wait was a little over an hour just to sit. Our party arrived around 6:30pm to eat. We were there total about 4 hours between waiting to sit and for dinner to come out. The staff was friendly and service was good.

I have a severe allergy to shellfish. But wanted to give my family the full beach experience. They had twin lobsters (best price we found) clam chowder. Steamed clams and scallops. This was the first place that had a nice "beachy" meal for me. I was GIDDY. Had haddock soup and baked haddock. Which reminded me so much of clam chowder and baked clams from when I was young (prior to allergy) made my vacation amazing. I wish I could take this resturant home with me :)Could not have enjoyed our dinner more. AHHHHMAINEZING.
