I think I found my new carwash. The wash is attended by a couple of men, and they guide and prewash your car. For a machine, it does a decent job on the wheels. I have a pickup truck, so rear windows and tailgates need touch-ups from water spots, and the gate doesn't really get cleaned well. Other than that, there are a variety of services. I bought a mid level for $17 a month, and that's pretty economical.

Highly recommend membership if you live near one. Keeps our vehicles clean and lasting longer with Maines elements.I just wanted to update that a young man by name of Jacob tonight helped me out greatly. He offered to put a new screw in my plate that was falling off. I'd just been pulled over the other day and hadn't gotten to a store to get parts to repair. This young man was eager to help and I was so appreciative for his generosity. Thank you for helping me get it fixed. It's the little things that truly mean the most.

I’d like to say, Ben the assistant manager is awesome. Each time I come here to have my car washed and he’s here, I’m consistently impressed by his kindness and professionalism. He helped me when a vacuum wasn’t working, he was polite and friendly. He obviously takes pride in his work and his appearance, what a great employee you have!! He not only makes this location look good, but he makes the entire company look good! Even in the middle of July & August, there are still decent lines and wait times. Usually, I don't even have to wait to use one of their free self-serve vacuum's. Occasionally there will be a 5-15 minute wait to put your vehicle through the car wash. The grounds are well maintained, their trash cans are never overflowing and I've never had any issues with or seen any younglings hanging around - which we all know leads to major controversies everywhere! ;) All in all, a good place to take your vehicle for a quick cleaning or a full haul cause they do it all!

The assistant Manager Ben, was very respectful, kind, and represented the business well when I got my car wash. He was very nice to talk to when getting a car wash. Got every spot I wanted clean off my truck and kindly told me to take off my magnets so they don’t rip off thanks Ben. This boy needs a to own a car wash of his own!Will be back soon,Simon

Seems like this place would benefit from an investment in some new equipment. The wash is broken and shut down rather often, some brushes never move to clean your car, and certain parts of the wash process are missing (no underbody wash). My car does look great when everything is working, but that's just not consistent unfortunately.Update: I went back twice since writing my first review and I'm dropping from my original 3 stars to 1. The first time it was randomly closed in the middle of the day and the second time I didn't even get the wash I paid for!Definitely cancelling my monthly pass. There are several better options where these aren't constant issues.

Got the unlimited monthly pass that has the undercarriage wash. Had not been through an automatic car wash for 40 years but the experience here is great. Staff is friendly and car wash does a great job. Free vacuums and the fact that I live a half mile down the road make it perfect.

Great car wash!! guys there work hard very polite. I’d like to give major props to a guy named Mariano that works there!! I lost to checks worth $1000.00 while I was pumping gas and they blew over into the car wash area at different times of the day. So Mariano took it upon his self to find my address which is hard to do. He left me a post it on my door telling me come to Golden Nozzel car wash I have your 2 checks. Very much appreciated!!! The car wash itself is pretty great. My issue is that I have been getting charged for their monthly service 7 months after leaving the state of Maine. I have called multiple times and left messages. I have talked to people on the phone who assured me my subscription has been cancelled (months ago). I took my Dad on a trip to the Portland area and stopped by in person to cancel my service. I was assured in person that it was cancelled. Months later, I'm still getting charged. I call, leave messages, nothing happens. I hate to leave bad reviews, especially as the washes are quality and the employees seem nice. But at this point, it feels like someone is literally stealing from me every month.

Terrible costumer service. The gentleman was more worried about his phone rather then taking care of the costumer. After I was done, my windshield looked like it was never touched. The rinse they do before you go into the car wash was so quick he never did half of the car. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and more disappointed that I have to go somewhere else to get a better wash then what they have. I would stay away from there OOB location and will never go back!

My husband and I both have the $14.99 unlimited wash; money well spent; the staff could not be any nicer, the service exceptional! I can’t say enough about this business. Vacuums all maintained well, area clean and staff always helpful. Best car wash in the area!!!!

This car wash had the BEST people working for it. It is funny how one would "enjoy" going to a carwash. One of the people that I would like to comment about is "Mariano." He is so very pleasant, is good at what it does and I can tell that he enjoys what he does. He goes above and beyond each time I see him and respects his customers as well. Excellent communication skills, work ethic and a good leader of/within the group.

The service I receive is a car wash (I don't see it listed above) and they are FANTASTIC! From the moment you drive in, you are greeted by Don (my favorite), you are ALWAYS given service with a big smile and very welcoming greeting, great service, thorough car wash, and you leave feeling good - not aggravated! All the employees are wonderful and always provide an excellent experience! It's a joy to visit!!!!!!

Fastest automated car wash around! Fully renovated with new ownership about a year ago. New parking lot, row of free vacuums and updated facility. People who work there really hustle and are very friendly. Best part is any time you show up the wait time is minimal. Most times its only a minute or 2 wait to enter. If your local then the monthy plan pays for itself after the second wash. We pay $20 month per vehicle for unlimited washes which includes the bottom blast. Cant beat it!

Just took my car through. Paid $22, and the tires aren't shiny (which I paid for), two sets of brushes did not even touch my car...I saw them spinning but not extending to actually reach the car. The blowers didn't dry my car very well at all, and all the residual water froze all over my car. They didn't have towels available so I could get the water off, so I had to drive away like that. The wheels are also still dirty. I supposedly got the hot wax, but I never saw it specifically applied.Definitely not worth the $22! The only good thing about this place is they have free vacuums. Try another place!

Free vacuums! Free!Love that Incan pop on by and vacuum the car anytime. Great for keeping the car in good shape over the summer. Car wash is a drive through. It's decent. Not the best but it is efficient. They also have some deals where you can buy a sticker and have endless car washes. Seems like a good idea if you use it.

This is perhaps the best car wash in southern maine. Not to mention, the monthly pass that let's you go to any of their locations for $15/month (basic package, can go up from there). The one in OOB is staffed with extremely nice people who really seem to take pride in making your car look good. Great, clean new facility! Keep up the great work!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Today, I took my brand new car to this car wash and it was the first wash my “baby” has seen. I paid $22.00 for the best wash and wax they offer. I reached the end of the car wash and my right rear tire was flat. Yes folks, I said FLAT with a read of ZERO PSI. I pulled in to the nearby 7-11 to inspect why my tire was having a total PSI failure. Something inside the car wash ripped my tire air valve cover entirely off. Broke the valve threads to nothing causing all of the air to come out. The attendant, who was working alone on a busy Sunday, (and I honestly felt sorry for the poor sap) took about two hours to complete a half page incident report. Even worse, as I looked inside the car wash itself, there is one track on the left side and no track at all on the right side. I asked what could have happened. The attendant didn’t know nor could he find the broken valve. What should have been a ten minute visit to the “upgraded” local car wash turned in to a three hour ordeal. There are no signs that say “enter at your own risk” or any indication of risk on a vehicle like this. What a horrible experience and I will never return or suggest this place again. Who cares about free vacuuming when a car wash returns the service with a flat tire.

Golden Nozzle is the best thing to hit this area since scrub a dub. I personally pay for the best wash unlimited plan and go through just about every day. The soft touch doesn’t destroy your clear coat like other places and makes the car come out looking great. They have free vacuums to use while they are open and the parking lot is freshly paved with proper run off areas. Google does show them being farther up the road but they are right behind the 7-11 at the Y-Intersection.

Almost always open, attentive staff, orange lava soap, and wiper protectors for those who need them (great for back windshield wipers that could get pulled off). There is a wait sometimes but they do everything they can to get folks in and out quickly. Free vacuums and near the gas station, so fill up and clean up in no time!

Golden Nozzle car wash membership is the best! I have a membership I use weekly in Western Mass and was even able to wash my car while on vacation at the Maine Saco location. Very friendly staff!

Had such a great experience with Mariano here this morning! He even went above and beyond and helped me take my bike rack off of my car while explaining the process of the monthly pass.
