This is a great place to go to if you are looking for convenience! Not everything is $1, but they absolutely have a wide variety to choose from at a reasonable price. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. The Store Manager, Amy, is an incredibly, kind and hardworking angel that I totally miss working for! It was a pleasure to serve as manager on the Family Dollar crew, until life had other plans for me. I recommend this store to everyone who needs something random, or just plain anything, on the spot!

12/7/22 I need to thank the cashier he was working the 2nd shift he had an accent very nice young man.. I had so much on my card and some cash and didn’t have enough the young man paid for my entire bill. I never ever had anyone do that for me and especially in these times.. God bless him. Ty

Summer time fun and sales and now it Christmas and they have great prices on decorations the shelves are stocked and Donna on and she so nice very pleasant

They are backed up on placing goods on the shelves. They are looking for more workers and also adjusting to the winter season. Very kind. Need some music in there to shop with. Makes the time more fun for the shopping experience.

I went for yarn. None. Bought super glue, shoe goo, for my ice skates heel, and E6000. I don't like a store that's name says dollar and most everything is MORE... ONLY GOOD THING IS ITS IN THE TOWN I LIVE IN AND IS CHEAPER THAN RITE AID..

I purchased a Net10 activation kit and paid 45 dollars for it. I got the package + a pin card wich I was suppoused to use to put the airtime on my phone. I called Net10 for activation and they said pin number is usesless, they said the right pin number should be on the recript ( I do not have the receipt any more ) I explained abd they said go back to the store. I went back to the store the cashier the same one that gave me the wrong card was very rude. The I talk to the manager and she eas nice and told to stop by next day ( it was closing time wich I understand ) so I did. Back to the store again next day she said she will call the company she asked me to leave the Net10 package with all my information she will try to find the recipt on the system or call the company ( she said it happens sll the time and the csn usually fix it) I gave her all the info and left, today stop by again and now she is saying there is nothing they csn do. Just lost 45 and my time

close to the center of orchard beach and great place to pick up stuff for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner but get your beer somewhere else, a couple of times I've bought beer here the cans smelled like insecticide so rinse them well if you do.

In the last 3 times (the only 3 times I've been here) I've been to this family dollar, I've had two awful experiences with the cashiers. Unbelievably rude, for things out of my control. I hope the manager(s) can talk to them or do something about it.

Granted I went on the Sunday night of Labor Day weekend, but Oh. My. Gawd what a dump! Half the store had empty shelves with 3 backroom and carts & boxes on the floor full of unpacked new items.

This Family Dollar has a great variety of items at reasonable prices. It's also in a convenient and easy to access location. A great place to stop and shop!

We are here through the winter months and this store has always had a nice, friendly staff which is appreciated. I prefer going here to the Rite Aid down the street.

This family dollar was nice. I came to Maine in July but this location was still pretty stocked up considering the amount of tourist in the area.
