Wow! What a top notch establishment. From the moment we arrived we were impressed when greeted by very friendly office staff I think her name was Mary? She was Knowledgeable and had a sense of humor, accompanied by a radiant smile. We checked in and went to our room, the bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean. Will 100% be returning and I hope to be greeted by the lovely lady I interacted with before!

This was a really great place to stay at! We had a room with deck and it was located in a really good spot! The room was clean and the perfect size for me and my partner. The staff was so kind and helpful! One of the staff members who worked the desk we ran into later on at night and he also gave us the best experience at his other job. The pool and hot tub was relaxing after sitting on the beach which is right across the street from the motel. We loved the location, walking distance from the center of town which gave a nice distance away from the businesses to unwind. Also, can’t forget the extremely cute puppy who will great you when you arrive for check in. We loved the stay so much we booked our trip for next July in the same room when we checked out! Can’t wait to be back thank you for a great stay :)

When I first arrived to the hotel the woman at the counter could not find my mother’s reservations and said it was only for a night. My mother was trying to explain that was not accurate and the woman could not have been ruder. Rolling her eyes breathing heavy telling her oh well. The man next to her helped my mother found the reservation in 2 seconds and was extremely friendly. He had to tell his coworker to stop because she kept being rude and never apologized for being wrong. Because of her, her lack of customer service, lack of empathy and down right being a jerk will cause me to not stay here again

Just came back from an amazing weekend at the Beau Rivage. We’ve spent summers at OOB but this was our first time staying in a motel. My husband and I were supposed to spend a romantic weekend away from our daughters but had no childcare at the last minute. There was no vacancy at Beau Rivage tor a larger room but the owners were very accommodating to our situation and allowed for the kids to stay with us in room for two. The location and amenities were amazing but best of all was the hospitality. Angela, at the front desk was a great help and such a friendly person to sit and chat with. We will def be back for another stay.

The staff are great but the hotel is not the nicest. This is an older building with very small rooms, the linens are like paper, and I was not a fan of their thin sheets and the bed wasn't really comfortable. The upside to this is that you are directly across the street from the ocean, a 2 minute walk to the pier, and 1 parking space is included with your room. They also have a nice outdoor pool, sauna, and a rooftop deck with tables. I wish I took photos but will next time, sorry.

My family of 5 stayed in V1 (2 BR apartment). The price for the time of year and relation to where it is located was within reason. The staff were very friendly and the room was fantastic. People have made comments about the train running right behind the Motel; the owners and all the other resorts can not do anything about the train. Location is key, right across the street from the ocean and yet close enough to walk to town to the hot spots but not in the thick of things where you are surrounded by clutter. Would definitely recommend this place.

We have come to Beau Rivage many times over the years and been very satisfied with our stay. This stay was no different. Clean, comfortable rooms. Clean public areas. Beach across the street. Restaurants, shopping and amusement park are very short walks nearby.

Sweet place, affordable and comfortable. Host and staff were excellent. We had a bit of a later check in and they allowed us some time in the pool. I would absolutely recommend and come again, reading some of the other reviews, I will note that I had 100% phone service and they must have done some updating, our room was clean and fresh, and also quiet.

We can't say enough about this property! We have been staying here for about 15 years now. Rooms are clean, great sized and lots of different options. The owners are constantly updating rooms and making improvements to the property. With all that said, the best part of this property is the staff. They are all so very nice and accommodating. We always feel so very welcomed and important to them. Thank you so very much for another great visit! Thank you also for making us feel so safe during such a crazy time! XOXO

Great place to spend our 2nd anniversary together, this will be the second time in Od Orchid Beach, our last visit was our hunny moon in 2018 and we absolutely love it here, people are polite and this particular hotel is on the strip right on the beach. My wife and I rented one of their Suites and it is a really nice room with an awesome air conditioning system, which is super nice considering the high humidity weather we've been having with temperatures around 87 to 90 degrees outside. We would definitely recommend this place to others, it's clean and surprisingly affordable especially for this time of the year 😀

Great location just steps from the beach. The rooms could use some updating and maybe some potpourri as it had a smell that we couldn’t describe. Pool and hot tub were great. It’s just minutes from all the action at the pier. The worst part was the train directly behind the motel, super loud and def wakes you up. Overall ok and we would prob stay again if needed to.

worst place i’ve ever stayed at. first off the trains are obnoxious. felt like they were coming through the room. the neighbors were so loud all times of the night. my room smelt musty and we needed to buy Air fresheners. a part of my ceiling was falling off. my room was infested with hundreds of ants and there were cobwebs everywhere. there was mosquitoes in the bathroom. The curtains and blankets were all stained. absolutely NO wifi or service. there was only 3 outlets in the whole room and only 2 work. huge spiders in the room. pool was filthy and had to clean it ourselves. mold, dust and mildew everywhere. and so many other problems. for the amount of money we paid to stay here you would think it would be even half better then it was. what a shame. i am disgusted and someone should really report this motel. im surprised its still even opened. ruined my whole vacation. do better.

If you need to save some money this could work for some. Be warned though, if you're lucky you'll have wifi access, but the wifi does not connect to the internet, you'll have to go across the street and hope for cellular connection anytime you want to look something up. A Train runs directly behind most of the rooms, about 5ft away from the building, this train does in fact run at night aswell. They claimed to have certain amenities (like a jacuzzi area) which just simply were not there. The outlets in our room also started buzzing before putting my charger permanently out of commision.Once I told the front desk that their room just fried my charger all they could offer me was a surge protector, even though we no longer felt safe in that room. The rooms seem to lack heat aswell, no matter what we did we could not get it to work. I also am not convinced that they clean all the towels left for you, we found one that had some splotch of yellow goo on it. Personally we felt we couldnt get out of there fast enough to the point where our vacation was ended short. I really was and still am extremely displeased with my stay.

Im very confused by your reply. I only posted 1 review on Google. I agree family.owned business are hard however, when you charge over 900+ for 3 nights and you get this, that is a crime. This is where I need to take some.action and help others.Walking into our room the smell just hit us.. at that point i should have just ended our stay. However we were locked in with no refund.. it was horrible to the point I had to go shopping to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners to make it small better. They gave us an internet password,, with no in ternet connection at all. They have a huge ant problem, we were killing ants the whole stay. The ceiling tiles were moldy and falling down, the train sounded as if it went through the room all night long. This obviously not the motels fault but on top of everything else,, you dont sleep. No outlets anywhere besides near the bed and a few didn't work.. Dust,, cobwebs in every corner.. This room had not been cleaned at all.. the bedding was dirty and old.. the room on a whole was extremely dated, however, if it was clean who cares. We had to leave a day early because we found a cockaroach in our room. I packed up my room.at midnight with 3 kids. Not ok. It was a horrible place to stay. This is coming from a women that stays at OOB every year and I haven't ever complained about any stay before. This was our first time staying and it will obviously be my last. I feel bad to pit these words down but honestly this motel ruined my trip.

Been staying there for at least 12 years...Perfect place too many here leave negative comments here...Pool is always clean with the COVID -19 Sauna and Hot Tub were closed but no big deal....There are 2 reasons to stay here the Pool and to sleep. .I come to OOB to go to the beach shop, go to the Park and hit the Bars. . Not sit in the room. .Best room to stay in #10, its behind the section where sauna/hot tub is and behind the stairwell so NO early morning light coming in..All set for next years visit

We had a great stay at Beau Rivage...It had a really nice pool and hot tub as well as a sauna ..our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly...and it was a short walk to the beach and to the pier. Yes the train does run behind it but honestly it didnt bother us we could barley hear it. They have a nice outdoor sitting area on the top floor. And you can park right on site

A motel that has seen better days. Room was small, dark and musty. Active railroad track just behind the back of motel. Multinational staff, friendly and efficient. Parking was a nightmare, very small lot with little room to turn around. Lots of French Canadians who thought they owned the beach. Left chairs, towels and umbrellas on the beach overnight to claim their spot for the next day. They seemed perturbed when we sat near them. I did not book this room and would not visit again.

Great location for the beach literally across the street, rooms were old fashioned needs to be modernized. Employees don't check if u need anything we were there for 4 days on 1 days worth of towels and trash bag. Other then that beach is amazing and Express trends food was affordable and gd.great customer service as well
