The owners were absolutely wonderful! They are very friendly and welcoming. They have smoking areas with Adirondack chairs on the street side of the hotel which was good for me. I enjoy a good cigarette while watch foot and auto traffic go by. The only thing I will say is I know they have returning guests from Canada that speak mostly in French, but those guests were on the rude side and did over-take the pool in the evening. Maybe a sign in both English and French stating that the pool, the fire pit, and the gas grill are for ALL guests to enjoy. But that is not the fault of the owners. The office has coffee for their guests every morning as well as a great amount of local attraction brochures and maps! They are pet-friendly on the off-peak season! I highly recommend staying here if you can get in. They book fast!!

We got the 3 bedroom suite with a kitchen and outdoor seating area. It was nice to have a lot of room to stretch out with all of my guests. The wifi is strong and reliable. Free parking! The front desk staff are really nice. And the location is perfect, only a 3 block walk from the pier, beach, and beach amusement park. We paid approximately $250/night which I feel was very reasonable for what you get.

I ended up booking this property last minute after leaving an unsafe situation at a different property. The owner was so welcoming, friendly, and informative! The staff were all friendly and fabulous. The location was close to the beach but on a side street away from the main street so you do not hear all the noise. The room was comfortable and had a full fridge, stove and oven, kitchen sink, and counter. It was perfect for myself as a solo traveler. The owner also allowed me to leave my luggage behind the front desk after my checkout since I had a late flight and wanted to spend more time on the beach before heading to the airport. The only negative (which the owner did inform me about upon check-in) was since I was in the smallest room type, the shower stall was tiny, as was the space between the toilet and the wall in front of it. This did not negatively impact my trip, but just something to be aware of when booking a room!

I chose my stay based heavily on reviews and this place exceeded expectations. Everything was very clean, the staff were helpful and kind, and the location was excellent. The room was cute, set up nicely and my dog and I had a wonderful stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area. The Wifi is not the strongest, but I think they were updating that during my stay. I did have a Zoom meeting one morning and had no issues, evenings weren't as strong.

Best place for a little stress free R&R. Amazing owners, staff and vibes.The Villa is an amazing place to stay. Bob and Cindy are very accommodating it is a clean and friendly atmosphere, and a home away from Home, Just a short walk to the beach, and a walk down a short ally to the main strip. During the Summer months the best part is Pool side movie night, pancake Sundays, pool side fire pit with music playing in the background,

We stayed one night for a little getaway. We had the double bedroom deluxe suite. The suite was clean, kept up and modern. The staff was up front that last guest broke the sleep sofa. No big deal to us since no one was sleeping on it. We enjoyed the porch with patio table and chairs. You can reach alot of places just by walking. 2 min walk to the peir. Highly recommend Beach Villa for any length stay.

Always a great place to stay. Our whole family tries to block out a whole section of rooms for family reunion each year. The owners are so sweet and accommodating. They even have a pancake breakfast for all guests on Sunday mornings!

Loved it!! 💓 The workers are so nice! There was a pool across our place. I love how we asked for towels and they walked to our place to give us it!! This was my third time here and I HIGHLY recommend this motel. Five Stars 💕🏆

A great price for a great place. I wouldn't call it modern, but compared to other hotels this close to the pier, Beach Villa Motel was an amazing value. A skip and a hop from the main street of stores, and a stone throw from the pier.I'd highly recommend it to anyone looming to stay in the area.

Absolutley Perfect location seconds from the beach at a fraction of the cost of the surrounding hotels. What puts this place into the 5 star catrgory is the pleasent staff and ownership, always had evreything we needed and the owners Bob and Cindy are whole hearted people that take the time to talk to you and genuinely care about your stay. Id recommend this place to anyone but its a great place for the family. Im going next year!

My family and I have come here since I was a kid. The owners are on site and very good people to patron. They are always updating the building and adding new appeal. We stay here off season for wonderful rates ever other year.

Loved this Motel we were there the last weekend of their season and it was chilly and the room we had the space heaters wouldn't stop blowing the fuse so the owner bumped us up to a mini suite. If we ever get to go back to Maine we will be staying here.

Spent arpund 2 grand on a the pent house and the power randomly goes out. They allowed strangers to use my parking and gave me an additude for not rushing around. Over all I wouldn't come back. You can get your monet worth any where else! On top of that the room eas not cleaned out I found underwear in the draws.
