Awesome tour to see the Nubble Lighthouse. Kathleen provided great history and narration along the tour. She also was attentive in taking drink orders and making sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The ride was 90 min and drinks were cash only. Small bathroom on the boat but did not use it. Beautiful picture opportunities to see all sides of the lighthouse. Finally the best side of the boat to sit on if the boat is facing outward of Perkins Cove is on the right side. Best views of homes and lighthouse. Would highly recommend for great staff and ride!

Wonderful Lighthouse Cruise with Finestkind! Booking was easy online, we stopped at the kiosk and the employee gave us our tickets ahead of time.The cruise itself was nicely-paced, with very informative narration on various landmarks along the coastline.The boat was a little rocky due to sea conditions, but not seasickness-inducing.Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable cruise trip along the coast.

We went on the smaller sailing excursion with Grant as the Captain. We went out on a day when there was rain coming in so the water was a bit choppy. But Grant was confident in the timing of the rain and we were still able to get the whole tour done in plenty of time. It was calm and relaxing and was cool to be that close to the water. The tour holds a maximum of six people and that seems to be the perfect amount to not feel cramped on the boat. The boat is an old fashioned style sailboat and thus has no bathrooms. But there is a public bathroom a few buildings down that was very easy to walk to. It was very cool to feel the boat going over some decent waves but might be tough for sensitive stomachs. We also ended up seeing a large sunfish which made it feel like a more unique experience. When my husband spotted it, Grant turned the boat to try to get a closer look. We definitely would book with this company again and recommend checking it out if you're in the area.Important to note...The businesses in this area do not have their own parking. As with most places on the coast, you'll need to allow time to find a spot and should plan on paying (bring some cash just in case). There are three lots close to the area and all are $20 or more.

We went on the Nubble Lighthouse Tour and it was fantastic! The boat was perfect because you could choose open air/sun or sit under the covering. The Captain was great and took the time to talk to my little one and offer him to go up into the seat and 'steer' the boat. The crew was so friendly and funny, and the views were breathtaking. The prices were very reasonable and they had a cash bar on the boat, which was nice. Highly recommend!

Great service, great views and great drinks! Cathy is so welcoming and nice! I accidentally booked a later time and when we got there they were so accommodating with switching me to the earlier cruise! We went with some friends and had a blast!!

We had a great experience on the Lighthouse tour boat trip. We learned a lot and saw some amazing sights. We saw dolphins and a sea lion. We got a great view of Nubble Lighthouse. The cash bar added an extra special treat to the trip. We had prepaid reservations and the online system worked great. An excellent way to see the beautiful rocky coast of Maine. The trip was smooth on the day we went.

Finestkind Scenic Cruises offers a few different types of cruises. We chose a cruise that took us to the Nubble Lighthouse. It was a beautiful day and the trip was quite pleasant. The crew is friendly and helpful. This cruise offers beverages and snacks for purchase. I would recommend this cruise for couples or families.

The tour was a short 90-minute powerboat cruise departing from Perkins Cove and taking in the major sights, including the Lighthouse. We departed at 10:00 and were treated to a very smooth adventure. The boat was comfortable; we all had seats and were not packed into tight rows. The crew was amicable and helpful. The tour guide provided just the right amount of commentary and answered everyone’s questions. The tour itself covered all the lovely new homes along the shore and the history of the Lighthouse and the Lobster business. The cruise was quick but well worth the modest price.I am looking forward to the next one.

Great trip, great price, friendly staff, and completely worth it! The whole area, Ogunquit, Perkins Cove, and Marginal Way are a classic New England shoreline experience that you shouldn't miss ... Finestkind is the exclamation point on a beautiful area!!!

Nubble Lighthouse Cruise was awesome as always! Pat did a great job as narrator! We had slightly choppy seas made the ride a huge thrill for our 5 year old grandchild. She loved a couple little splashes and the up and down on the waves! The captain did a great job keeping the movement to a minimum!PS use the public bathrooms at the end of the cove before your ride because any boat bathroom is a challenge.

Not the greatest day to go out, it was windy, overcast and colder day but we had a great time on the Finestkind shoreline boat cruise to see the Nubble Light House. More relaxing than trying to drive over and try to find parking at the lighthouse.

Great way to see the coastline and experience what makes Maine special, their lobsters! We also wanted a way to cool down from the hot sun, and this boat ride was perfect for it. The kids got kick touching and holding the lobster. Other folks took funny photos with the huge stinky lobster bait.We learned a lot about what helps sustain the lobsters in Maine.

What a fabulous experience we had on the Finestkind! It was easy to book online and the entire crew was very pleasant and informative. Our captain, Grant, was a wealth of knowledge and took time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend taking this lobster if you are in Ogunquit!

Nubble light house cruise: this was such a lovely and affordable way to wrap up vacation with my friends. An hour and a half with amazing views of all the mansions and then we got to circle Nubble Lighthouse. Captain Kevin was so welcoming and Jonah made the best bloody Mary’s and had the best factual tidbits during the tour! Really lovely staff, and a memorable tour! We will absolutely be back!

$25/person for the lobster trip. Best deal! My toddler loved it! Pro tip: sit in the front of the boat since they pull up the traps from this point. Check out the tour guide's lobster tattoo - that's dedication! Ha!

I went on the lighthouse tour with my wife during our honeymoon. Our experience was great. The guide was very informative and funny. We had some awesome drinks and got to see the beautiful Maine coastline. Perkins Cove is also an awesome little place to come check out for a day.

My wife and I did a lobster boat cruise in the early afternoon and have a great time. The captain and crew were so friendly, informative, and helpful. Our first three traps didn't have lobster but the last did, and we got to hold lobsters and take pictures. A great experience that I'd recommend for people of all ages.

A great cruise with informative commentary, good service and wonderful views of the Nubble lighthouse. Get there early to park as it can get crowded. It was a smart way to see the lighthouse and the boat ride was fun. They have a bar on board with a decent selection for mixed drinks in addition to beer.

We took the lobstering trip today and it was amazing!!! They pulled up about a dozen lobsters from the pots. There were a couple keepers, several too small to keep, and one female with eggs. They showed us how to measure them and which ones they are allowed to keep. The female with eggs was the highlight because they showed us how they mark them and if anyone catches them in the future they will toss her back because only 50% of the females can have babies and keep the population going.

We actually didn’t get to visit them but we booked with them. We got into a rental car situation incident that makes our trip delayed that we couldn’t join the Finestkind cruise. We called them and they handled the situation with kindness and understanding. We first tried to reschedule but we still couldn’t make it- they let us canceled our trip with them. We will definitely return and think of them when we have a chance to go back to Ogunquit, ME. Definitely recommended this business!
