GO WITH OHOP- Ordered a pizza tonight like we usually do on busy evenings with our kids. We are locals and it’s convenient to stop in. We went with a Hawaiian pizza. IT WAS HORRIBLE. There was so much ham on it that it was soggy in the middle. Tasted like we were eating deli ham (with an awful taste too it) with some sauce. What was even worse was the service I got when calling and speaking with the manager named Jamie. Terrible customer service. Offered me 20% off a pizza 😂honestly a good attitude and an apology would have been enough. I would have even took it back and got something else if offered. Will be going to Oakland house of Pizza from now on.

It was the best food but had fallen below expectations as of late. I dont know what had happened to the food or service recently. It is a hit or miss. Seems on the weekend the quality of food is a disgrace. Ordered an extra hamburger pizza 18' this is a more than a few times when we had ordered this, it has happened. We usually ordered a regular. Shame on us. It was a half cup of grease dripping & I'm NOT over exaggerating I literally soaped up 20 paper towels of grease from the pizza. Edges was burnt I expected it would be cooked. Tastes funny. Until I bit into mine. It was raw beef. I'm upset at this point to have waited 45 minutes for delivery, paid for & soap a greasy pizza that was not checked THAT apparently was not even cooked through roughly. No customer satisfaction, called me back twice to verify my card for a refund. No apology. Another day in the Korner Store neighborhood. I was a repeat customer. Complaints to BBB AG & Champer of Commerce will be filed. I received a full refund plus delivery. Unsatisfied customer experience & service. Food is disgusting. Company/didn't admit fault and didn't make it right. Refund and remake my food. De-escalate the situation. None of that. 0 Star I would post pictures if I could.

In Maine for business travel! Try Korner store and took a large lobster salad !Very generous portion, very fresh and tasty vegetables and … 7 oz of lobster.Amazing salad !Recommend this place ! 👍

Hands down my new favorite spot for Pizza!!! Now that my shop is right around the corner, I think Fridays the Korner Store is my new go to. It was done quickly, the service at the counter was polite, and the pizza was phenomenal. Great job to the staff.

Used to be the best pizza place around. Not so much anymore ☹. The last 5 times I've ordered only once was it right or even cooked properly. We have gotten raw Hamburg numerous times when we tell them they don't seem to care. Too big u asked for light sauce... came pretty close to burnt and had extra sauce. Food the prices I expect more. Gets more and more disappointing every time.

Hair in the pizza. Not 1 but 3 🤷🏻‍♂️😩🤢🤮No one wanted to eat any more. I brought it back and they got me a new one but the damage was done. No one wanted to eat it. Made the night awful for everyone.

Been ordering from here for years, always good service, more than enough with portion and great, fresh taste. When ordering tonight I said “BLT on a wrap”, selected the wrap and said please add pizza cheese and mayo. She read it back “BLT on tomato wrap with mayo, pizza cheese and bacon” I’m like ya ….. it’s a BLT. I knew I should of inspected before leaving ….. bacon, pizza cheese and mayo on my tomato wrap 🤦🏽‍♀️I’ve worked in food service and customer service, I know it’s overwhelming on a Saturday night. Next time I order I will triple check when ordering and open the sandwich before leaving.

I love their food and I love their customer service. I have tried everything from a hot sandwich the hot Italian bomb to Pizza pepperoni Hawaiian BBQ chicken to hot wings and their taco salad. It's all amazing.

There are literally no prices on anything. Like literally not one price sticker. I was appalled that 2 caned sodas cost $9. I see why you don’t have prices on anything.

I ordered a calzone, it was dryand the crust was burned to the tin foil. The fact you allowed the calzone out the door tells me all I need to know about ordering again and spending my money at the Korner store. I would rate your store below or about the same as McDonald's. Next time I will order from Oakland House of Pizza.

A group I work with ordered from here, we were told 40 mins for delivery. Called back after an hour for a follow up. We were told that they were combining our order with another person's and would be an additional 30 mins. Waited one hour and 40 mins to get cold food. Won't happen again.

I've lived in oakland my whole life and have always ordered from here,but the prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down. Our pizza was completly burnt and unediable and the girl just looks at me like sorry. No customer skills what's so ever there,no pride in the job,this place use to be amazing and worth the money,now the food has suffered and the prices are not worth that quality.

In town for some rest and relaxation and got the 18 inch Combination Pizza and is was freaking awesome. Had some cold pizza the following day for breakfast and it was magical. Went back and got the meatball sub and was not disappointed. Hope to come back to the area in the future and when we do pizza at Korner Store will be on the list of things to do!

I always order food from here to have delivered all the time but as of this date I will never and I mean never will I order from here again. I told them it was for delivery, they told me it would be an hour(this was two hours ago) I said that's fine and they asked me my address so they wrote it down as a pick up. Why would I give you my address if I was going to pick it up it's just doesn't make sense. So instead of we will make it again for you they told me it was going to be another hour so now I would be waiting 3 hours for cold food I don't think so Korner store. You just a customer that grow up on your food for life.

Wow. Just wow. I just called to order a small cheese pizza for pick up, 8:30pm. Her response was, “are you ordering hot food?” I said yes, I am trying to order a pizza. She then informs me that all of the ovens are turned off for the night, mind you they are open until 9pm according to the website. My husband grew up in Oakland and has frequented here many times. This is definitely not the first time things have gone wrong on their end. I would suggest anyone reading this to go anywhere else for your meal than here.

I lived in Oakland for awhile and this store has some of the best food Maine has to offer outside of Portland. The pizza is fantastic! The delivery drivers were always friendly, but the store staff just never seemed to be able to be polite. Consistently rude every time I actually went into the store, that's what cost them the fifth star.

Ordered over 100 dollars worth of food as I have a big family. The steak in the steak bomb was burger and it had so much cheese in it, it was inedible. The 20 dollar lobster rolls were lacking the mayo and flavor. For the price the food should be better.

This pains me because the food is decent, but their customer service is painfully bad. My place of employment, immediate department, has been getting Christmas lunch there for years..and having it delivered to Augusta, zero issues ...until 2019 ..called today and provided a decent order to feed 7 guys ..but found out after giving the order that they no longer will deliver to Augusta unless the order minimum is $150. Our $100 order wasn’t important enough, just a plain NO, WE WONT DO IT. no options of paying a delivery fee or anything ...they just would not do it ...so we went somewhere else.

Best pizza in the area. Their specialty is having a beautifully abundant amount of toppings added to your pizza. They also have pizza size that is larger than normal for parties or office gatherings. Items in store are well stocked and selected. Staff is friendly.Parking can be a bit of pain.

Had a great experience, called ahead, placed order + payed, then picked up in their DRIVE-THRU around back. There's also a small parking lot back there. The sandwiches were good, we were able to get a bag of chips too. My brother & sister-in-law love the LOBSTER ROLLS here. It's great & a super convenient stop. They actually have good hours that good pretty late compared to what else is around👍👍.

We ordered food from Korner store, I ordered a chef salad, there was no hard boiled in in it and so many mushrooms, I had to pull them out because they were overwhelming the salad. my coworker ordered the chili, it smelled and tasted like spaghetti sauce. I will never eat there again. their food used to be great, I don't know what happened. also, the staff has an attitude and is not very helpful. I would give no stars, but don't have that option
