Had to have our puppies nails trimmed.. Very quick service. Less than 10 minutes..We waited out in our vehicle, and before we knew it, the very nice lady was bringing her out. Oh, and it was only.$10! We'll definitely be going back.

1st time at the Groom Room with my Bishon. I am thrilled. Hands down the best grooming job that he has ever had. He is adorable. Below zero when we picked him up so he needed his jacket or you could see what a great job they did. Very nice lady that made a standing appointment for future grooming. Highly recommend!

My dogs first time getting groomed and he loved it. I was unsure if my dog was going to be happy with getting washed, but he was such a happy boy when I grabbed him. He was very excited to be there and see another dog. I was running late but when I go there he was playing with the other dog. My dog has a attitude sometimes with other dogs but he was very comfortable with this place. 10/10 definitely going again!

Bethany did a wonderful job on our Bella! Bella is very nervous anytime she is away from my boyfriend, and as a result we have never taken her to a groomer in the past. Bethany specializes in anxious pets, and we were referred to her by a friend whose dog has similar issues as ours. Our Bella came home more relaxed than ever, smelled great for a long while, and was pleased as punch with her pretty bandana! I would recommend this groomer to anyone!!

First time client for 1 of my hounds.Checking was smooth and easy and I felt very welcomed and that my pooch was in good hands.When I picked her up she was full of wags and wiggles so I know she was taken care of during her bath.I highly recommend The Groom Room!Will be back soon!

Bethany does a fantastic job with my moms dog who is not the easiest to deal with! His cut always comes out great and the extra bandanas he comes home with are a nice touch! Highly recommend!

I brought my dog in for a mid day appointment, she was their for more than 4 hours, and she was still wet, at the time after I got her back almost FIVE hours later, we, my wife and I said, well give her a 2nd chance, and we tried..I'm personally sorry for my review, everyone makes mistakes, I do she does we all do!!

Today was my dogs first trip here . Hes old an small i cant stay inside or he will not let them touch him lol . He wont bite but it would be very hard would have to pin him down to cut toenails but if he cant see me hes fine lol .. Great job

They made me pay half down because I needed a Saturday appt. That is $30 I will take as a loss because when I drove by this place I would never leave my dog there. We kept right on driving.

Had an appointment for 3:00pm..when i arrived the groomer was not even there..didn’t get there and started on my dog till 3:45..got charged as a medium sized dog 55 dollars for my small yorkie! I even had to help as she cut his nails. Would have thought that would atleast warrant a discount.

My experience was good, they are very gentle. Lots of dogs around so kitties may not like it. But my kitty was fine.
