10/10 recommend! They were recommended to me by my service dog group for my service dog who hurt her tplo needed surgery, absolutely amazing they were very kind and understanding the whole time. They took amazing care of my service animal while she had surgery and while being in recovery for 24 hrs to make sure all went well. Any questions I had which I had a million they helped me every time I called with those questions or any concerns they helped right away!

This was our first visit. So far everything seems to have gone great. Dalton seems a little sore (tbe) and other than a slight attitude for being taken to the vet, just fine. The staff was very informative, patiently answered all questions, they have a thorough process to ensure you completely understand what your furbaby has been through as well as what you need to do to care for them at home. Compassionate, courteous and, knowledgeable staff, great place to walk your furry friends before and after their visits, and a spa - like setting in the lobby. My only complaint, I would have preferred to have stayed with my boy until he was asleep and then left for them to take him in but, maybe that's just me 🙂

I am grateful to have Norway Vet close to my home. My senior Yorkie (Hailey) was sick and needed emergency surgery. Norway Vet got her into surgery immediately; Dr. Warrington performed the surgery and was fantastic. She explained everything in detail and kept in communication before and after the surgery. Hailey made a full recovery. I can't thank Norway Vet, Dr. Warrington, and the fantastic staff that took care of Hailey! <3

They do a good job but they are a bit on the pricey side and sometimes you have to tell them what you think your pet might have from the symptoms as I feel the vets aren't as proactive as I would perhaps like them to be.

My cat, Ack Ack, somehow got ahold of a fishhook and leader line (no idea how; he’s an indoor cat and I don’t fish!) which was hanging out of his mouth. I was freaking out because I live in Rumford and have literally have not been able to get veterinary care in this town since I bought a house here in 2014…and I was even getting the brush-off from places an hour + south of me. I called Norway Veterinary and they got me in immediately, assessed the situation correctly, performed the necessary procedure and gave me a discount on neutering since Ack Ack was already knocked out. No complications post-op. An extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing waiting room, kind personnel…a great experience all around. Every single person in the waiting room seemed to be happy with the service their pets had been receiving there.

Calling to ask a couple questions and get information and the woman who answered was very short and borderline rude. This is not my first negative interaction with them, but I thought after a couple years things would have improved, guess not.

Dr Gauger was very warm and professional. Staff was smiles and patience. Doc reviewed the xrays we were referred for from Lewiston thoroughly with me and recommended a plan. Couldn't have gone more smoothly! I'm going home with my sedated and DIAGNOSED baby! Thank you!

Scheduling conflict caused me to drive 2 vehicles(dogs that fought) down there after closing my store down only to be called while in the parking lot to have my appt cancelled. This was an error due to a technician wanting to make sure I was legally covered, so the intent was good. They also did go good for it on the bill. Would have been 5 stars if not for the mix up or the lack of willingness to cure the mix up without me having to close down thw business and take 2 cars again.
