I also had to return a LOT of small items and again, the employees behind the counter had the patience of a saints. This is the local hardware store we turn to again and again.

Went here for my dad recently, and as an 18 year old girl I have NO clue about anything in that store lol.. but thankfully Tristan was super friendly and helped me find everything I needed in a short amount of time. I’ve been here before with my dad and all of your employees are great people, but Tristan is by far the sweetest and easiest to understand. I think he deserves a raise!

There is a huge variety of building, plumbing, and electrical supplies along with tools, and garden supplies and outdoor seating. There is also a great supply of greeting cards and candies.

The store associate that helped me with my order was a bit grumpy because he was not given his daily treats, apparently because he ate a couple packages of dog treats the night before. Despite this he still allowed some head scratches and was very polite. 5/5 stars.

It was a good experience for me.I was told and shown the basics of to fill the chainsaw with gas and oil and the basics of starting and stopping the saw. Also sending in the warranty was very helpful and the person waiting on me was quite knowledgeable with the information and demonstrations concerning the saw.

The staff here are awesome! Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. An associate recently helped take apart a new wheelbarrow for me since fitting it into my small car wasn't going to work. He totally went out his way which was much appreciated.

I called in regards to getting our motor home filled up with propane and they told me yes we have it , so great... Traveled all the way to Norway to get and they said that they couldn't do it today because they were having an issue.... They need to make sure their clerks are aware when they can't do something....

Absolutely great customer service I was greeted as I walked in by a handsome young man name Jayden he asked me how my day was and what bought me in the store today and asked if he could help me find anything with a great big pearly smile on his face showing all his pretty white teethAs I was done and finished shopping he told me to have a wonderful but most importantly asked me did I find everything I had came in the store for he literally put a smile on my face and made my weekend Ty Jayden and Aubuchon for having employees like Jayden around

Website issue that nobody in corporate office wants to take care of. I tried to purchase a grill with my 30% off for signing up. What the online ordering did was purchased it then immediately refunded the money. I tried it again at full price and it did the exact same thing. I called norway store and they gave me corporate number to call. Two calls later and all I'm getting is a runaround from Lisa in customer service. Now the website thinks I used my 30% discount. Which is not right because something is wrong with the website.

Like people, not all Aubuchon Hardware stores are alike. Norway store is like a well oiled machine! The staff are knowledgeable in their specific area, often cross trained.With the big box stores shedding their hardware departments, this store is well stocked. Staff are personable and helpful. Their often busy, but attentive. I'm glad we have one here!

I had waited in line for for someone to do a return no one was available to do I new I need propane when I got up there the manager that did the return let Customers be hind me cash out. HE Was not willing to help me until I started calling to see were else I could have it filled the girl behind the counter was trying to do everything she could the guy manager. I waited for my turn at least 15 minutes to only have to wait another 15 or minutes so he could check other people out

Quick knowlegable service. Always friendly, lots of smiles. Get this; ask Roger, the manager if they have what you need and where it is. He knows every item in the store, and what color the package might be. Go there first, save a long trip to the big city.Update... since this posting Mr Roger Lacroix has past away. I have going to Aubuchon's for years. I have seen the absolute best staff go above and beyond to help folks. I know quite a few of the staff by name. Over the years, I have gone in with some of the weirdest requests and with the help of staff, we figured out home engineered projects. Keep smiling and I will be in soon with another homestead project.
