The people were so helpful! One guy spent time looking up something for me to determine whether or not an item was the right one for the job. The Garant snow pushers they ordered in for me were there when they predicted they would be. The price was less than I had been quoted (maybe because I got two of them).

They either have teenagers working that expectantly don’t know much and I can deal with that. The older men and women are rude and act like they really hate their lives and working there. I will go to TSC where they are nice and act like they value my business.

First time to store today, alot of inventory and was going to look at buying a big bundle of fencing supplies, trying to keep money local and in maine. But when I got there and asked where the bathroom was, the two workers just looked at each other and then one looked at me and snickered as he informed me that they no longer have a bathroom for customers.Needless to say I walked out and went to Tractor supply right down the street. And people wonder why more money does Not stay in the state. Very disappointed and will Never waste my time or theirs going there again. No bathroom for customers? Really? Obviously they want your money, But could care less about you as a person.

First and foremost the staff are extremely helpful. Jim outback, was very helpful in quoting prices and working on a project idea with me. The staff are quick to resolve any issues, and have the stills and knowledge available to get it done. The store is fairly disorganized, I find it hard to find anything, a lot of isles are labeled differently than what's actually there, but all in all a good shopping experience

Gave them one star because zero isn't an option. The store is dirty and poorly kept. Most of the time they don't have what I need. The staff is ignorant of the stock and usually of little help. The company would be better off to simply close this branch.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and are willing to help the customer. This is a full hardware store as well as an farm supply store. If you are caring for animals from a house cat to dairy cows, they have what you need. Delivery is available on some products.

Quality of service has been steadily getting worse over the past several years. Workers don't seem to know what they have in stock and are not interested in helping you find what you are looking for. Also, items in sales flier are often not available. I used to enjoy shopping there, but now go there only when I have to.

Really like the selection and decent staff customer for over 12 years but today disappointed. Notice last week sheet rock mesh tape is at walmart for $4 when there selling it for $9.98.... I did a whole house in pex and bought it all from them. I was at Aubuchons and picked up a fitting for 1/3 the price.... I dont mind local buying and a bit of a mark up sure but come on 75% mark up is not fair.

This store is proving more products than they have room for. As a result, it's beginning to get quite crowded. They have a lit of quality items, but they seam a bit more expensive than most of them seam they are worth. But that ultimately comes down to personal needs and interest.

This branch is an absolute joke. I for years have had the same problems and there has never been any improvement. Refusing to keep items as a farmer I count on in stock. Today when I call to find out the grain I've been waiting for still isn't in I ask to speak to the store manager who refused to come to the phone. As a feed store there is no care for your animals what so ever. Not to mention the lack of customer service. I understand not everybody is an animal person but at least train your employees to have the slightest clue in your products.

Dirty place , been to other Paris farmers unions . They are great this one dust all over no care here . For a chain type store owners should step in and demand it to be cleaned. Or maybe change hands to another manager.

I have gone to this PFU for years for my gardening supplies, and they used to have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not sure if they are under new management or what, but they hired a bunch of young guys as cashiers that are absolutely useless. Every year I buy a bag of milkyspore for japanese beetle grubs. I asked the cashier where it was and he said, "if it's not on that bottom shelf I don't sell it." Well, good thing I looked around before I left because it was outside, on the porch in front of the store. Bought a few bags of bamboo stakes too, and the guy says to me "not sure why they call these bamboo, I'm just gonna enter it as 'p l a n t s t a k e s' ". Where do they find these kids.

They have way to much product for the size of the place. It's very hard to find what you want. Check the dates on any pet food items you get. I have found a lot that was out of date. I hate that !2 and a half stars is all I can give.

My family and I have used Paris farms for all of our pet needs no matter how big or small we could always count on them. Unfortunately due to one man's constant disrespectful, crude,sexual harassment, we no longer due any of our business with them. All of our attempts to address the mater have failed, the young man still works there.
