Had to pay full price for my beverage because the screen to log in for my subscription I've paid for, would not load. What was the point of paying a months worth of subscription? Can't even use it. Not to mention the "rewards" system has been down for what seems like over a week. Consistently a BOATLOAD of tourists and ignorant folk at this pitstop. It's always crowded, overly busy, and the cashier's are slower than death. The floor also does this weird shaking thing when standing in line. Extremely Clean restrooms and the staff are fairly friendly overall. If you're in a rush, maybe try to avoid this place during peak hours.

I found the place extremely clean and maintained. Especially the bathrooms. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked and I was able to find what I wanted. Great place

Haven't been in here for 10+ years because of poor service and food. Wife and I stopped tonight, after waiting for 25 min for my food with NO contact from waitress I walked out.
