My husband passes this place every day and I read the wonderful reviews so I was excited to give them a call just to see if they had some hay available, the price and or if they delivered. Simple inquiries I thought. The woman that answered was nothing but rude and dismissive of me and assured me they don't deliver to my area and it wouldn't matter because they only had a 5 bale limit. I will NEVER shop there with people like that. I would NEVER recommend this place. I'm sure all of the 4 and 5 star recommendations are from people in the area that know them personally. But as a real customer. I would recommend tractor supply over them.

We LOVE whitewater farm! They are very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot, when we first got our livestock. As Newbies we had lots of questions every visit and they always had an answer for us! Very informative and their products are great! Great local business & great customer service.

I had the unpleasant pleasure of dealing with this feed supply store recently. I have never been treated with such arrogance as portrayed by the owner. Customer service is something that this store is clearly lacking. When asked to speak with the owner I was advised that I was indeed speaking with him ! How this man can stay in business is beyond me ! This was the first and last time I will ever do business with Whitewater Farm. I caution people to find another place to conduct business.

We have been shopping here for years and buy all our feed and meats from Whitewater Farm Store. However, the owner does not gladly suffer fools, or people with bad attitudes. I suspect Mr. Harriman must have asked a really dumb question. Or, maybe he had to wait five minutes while someone ahead of him was buying ten 80 pound bags of grain. The owner loads it all for you, and most of the time he is a one man show. He isn't going to drop everything to play 20 questions with you. That said, he has always been polite and fair to us and others who shop there. We love this place.
