Pharmacy needs help. Ordered three prescription refills on Thursday through the automated phone system. Went in on Saturday to pick them up. Pharmacy was closed for the weekend. We were never notified that it was going to be closed. Went in on Monday to pick them up and was told that they didn't have the order but one was filled at the North Windham store. Would not recommend this pharmacy.😡😡😡

Went there today for a prescription that was called into Walgreens after an ER visit yesterday. Hours were 10-5. Called before I left home (30 mile round trip) but no one answered. Drove in. Pharmacy windows were shuttered. Asked the check out personnel at the front of the store. They told me that there was a staffing issue and no one came in to service the pharmacy customers.

While I was traveling I had to have my prescription refilled. I had to speak with the pharmacists a few times on the phone. They ordered the meds super quick (they're not normally in stock). They continued to persist with my health insurance (phew!). And were just generally lovely.Thank you!

The phone lines are always down or not working so good luck trying to reach the pharmacy for anything. The store and pharmacy staff are 5 stars but the fact that more often than not the phones are down and impossible to reach pharmacy is why I gave a 1 star review. Unacceptable not being able to connect with pharmacy via phone on a consistent basis.

Had an appointment scheduled to receive my second dose of the COVID vaccine for this Sunday( 3 weeks after I had my first dose, also on a Sunday) I got an automated call Friday to confirm the appointment, and show up at 10am Sunday morning for the appointment to find out the pharmacy is now closed on weekends. I understand every place is understaffed right now, but if you’re going to decide to close down for weekends, you should give your customers with existing appointments at least a courtesy call and offer a rescheduled available time. To me that’s just not very professional. The cashier at the counter was very nice, and apologetic, and it’s not her fault, I just would have appreciated a phone call from the pharmacy.

While visiting Naples, I became ill and needed medication. Everyone there was very helpful and kind. Cory, the pharmacy tech was very patient and extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company to get my prescription covered. Thank you, kindness really helps!

Is there a way to send pharmacy customers an alert of last minute store and pharmacy hours or other changes? They have text alerts for prescriptions.. just a thought... 🤔 Would be extremely convenient!

Walgreens in windham and naples has really gone down hill. They dont answer their phones when there open and they are not filling prescriptions in a timely manner. They have become a joke and not providing people their meds because of lack of staff is lame! Moving on to another pharmacy. I hear hannaford is much better!!!

Dr prescribed medicine, rather than them letting the Dr's office know they were out of what was prescribed they just let the patient come to pick up the meds only to find out they don't have it. What good does that do the person in need, let's be a bit proactive folks a bit of compassion goes a long way.

Walgreens is terrible about filling auto fill prescriptions, you still have to call them and remind them to fill them. They seem to be never open in the pharmacy and the line always rings busy. I am going to change pharmacies for sure. Very poor service.

Do not use Walgreens for pcr Covid testing! They partner with Aegis for testing — a company that has a one star rating for delays and mishandled tests. Walgreens customers need to bring pressure to bear on Walgreens to partner with a functional efficient lab service. This is shameful and makes it harder for people to try to prevent the spread of Covid. If you go to Walgreens for a pcr test, don’t expect to see results for days and days…

I would give more stars but the women Mary who works in the pharmacy is very rude and misinformed! Walgreens in windham is really far away but worth the drive to get the right information and no dirty eye rolls and a complete dislike for customers! Avoid her at all cost!

Horrible service!!! Can never get through to ask a question, fill a prescription or talk to anyone. Leave an automated message saying unable to take calls or service customers, instead of dropping the call after two rings! Would be one thing if it only happened once; but has happened multiple times! Would give negative star review if I could!

I have to call Every time I need more meds to tell them what code to use. I found the staff wasn’t trained well and have no people skills.

Overpriced. New people not as friendly. Wish it was back to Rite Aid and had the friendly workers who knew you personally. Not impressed with WALGREENS AT ALL!!
