I had 5 keys that needed replacing. They were varied in age & type. I know that had I gone to a big box store I would have heard that they did not have the blanks for most. But Rich painstakingly looked for each, found what was needed & told me to come back if needed. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable service - as usual.

So much convenience for the area. I was instore to buy water softener pellets. These are 40lb bags. It's so easy, you place your order at the front cashout and they load it in your car. Done!

The store is big and well packed with everything a person could want for that weekend project. I like the convenience of the store’s location. Some things are a bit pricier than the box stores, but again, the convenience of the location makes the stop worth the price. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is small enough that the staff remember faces or at least mine, and seem genuinely happy to see me. I like that.

Painted the exterior of my house and worked with Cody from beginning to end. He knows the product and the process. Most other locations just mix the paint. Cody took the time to explain and guide me through the process. Won’t buy from anyone else now. Great experience

I live a little further away, and another store is closer, but I'm tired of their arrogant attitude, so I tried this store. I asked for the odd thing I was looking for, and they had 1! Not only did three people help in one way or another to get this bulky item off a high shelf, the woman I was working with helped me break down and look at the parts individually to see if I can buy it online cheaper w/o the parts. The whole thing felt good, was a pleasant experience, I bought the item and am happy about the price because as we looked at the contents...there were two rather pricey pcs included so it was easy, one stop shopping! That was a few months ago and they are first in my mind as I look for a piece of equipment I need this weekend. Yes, I wd recommend and I will shop there again.

Good customer service and usually has what you need in stock. You may pay more then a larger store like Lowes/Home Depot but it is a good place to go if you do not want to drive all the way into Windham.

I stopped in for some sandpaper and wood stain. The girl working there helped me decide on what brand/color of stain to get and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I noticed a lot of items were on sale. I'll most likely be back soon to pick up more supplies for my next DIY project.

I’m happy with this hardware store. The last time I was there I needed help picking up a large item and he made it very easy and also the cashier was very friendly and she went out of her way to help too.
