I have lived in Monmouth for three years and I’ve always loved stopping by the kwick shop for gas or ordering food for dinner. Chuck Shannon and their whole team are always friendly and welcoming . I love that when they update the store or add new products, they ask their customers for input on how we like it or if there’s anything they need to change Chuck recently told me that although they are changing things up it is very important to he and Shannon that the store doesn’t lose the atmosphere of A small town country store . Out of the three stores in town. I always stop at the quick shop over the other two. Please stop in and help this local small business stay in Monmouth for many years to come.

Ordered a BLT.. (No Bacon) Was told they are better than ‘Jersey Mikes’ but it is the opposite and quite honestly actually terrible. food is okay not as fresh as i would prefer from anywhere anywhere else I go because of standards but it seems like to many people have a good time, not caring, nonchalantly talking to customers rather than working and having a good time doing their work. All in all unsatisfied and will not go again. As well as I will warn my friends and reviewers not too go from my MULTIPLE experiences with poor services.

I have lived in Monmouth for many years. I remember when this place was family owned and operated. When new owners took over I was hesitant and years later my reservations are still intact. I enjoy the fact this is a small town and the only place within a reasonable distance to get gas but here’s the thing this is what they have become to be good at, getting gas. I can count numerous times walking into the store and the employees and even the owners do not greet their customers or continue having the conversation they were having before we came in. I do not order food from here anymore, I prefer getting more for my buck elsewhere. Since posting this review I have received a response from the other justifying themselves and making it known what they do and what they contribute. I stand by what I stated in my review and there isn’t a chance of my mind changing.

Yesterday, we ordered 2 Italian subs and a original UFO, the food was outstanding!!! On way out I asked my daughters what they wanted for dinner. We ordered 2 more Italian subs and this time I ordered the steak and cheese UFO, that was 6 for 6. Thank you for serving excellent quality food with a down home customer service. Wow!

Tasty pizza, subs and more..They are willing to customize my Family's order anytime we ask. The Service is always Friendly. The store has new owners I really like them and they always welcome me and my Family with a warm Hello and a smile. Their staff does a great job at being prompt and attentive even when they are busy. They also have done some remodling to the inside and it looks Great in there. The gas prices are fair as well. All in all I think it's an awesome lttle Shop and I will recommend.

Unfortunately the attitudes from the owners and staff have been a problem as long as my family has lived here for 4 years! My son even telling me he went in to buy just a drink wanted to use his card and was told he needed to use cash not his card cause it wasnt over a certain amount! That only happened once but the attitudes still remain and they are rude. They dont greet anyone walking in. I say Hi or morning everytime and nobody says a word. Rude Rude people at the kwik stop.I would rather go to Phils

Started liking the store. Went in to order a chicken ceasar wrap and wanted different toppings. The owner refused.Edit: I asked for a chicken ceasar wrap. I attempted to have lettuce, pickles, and black olives as toppings. Before I was able to finish I was cut off, with an attitude, and told it only came with certain things. Not told I could change anything. So, with the attitude I was presented with I decided to leave. I said I was all set, put my drink back, and WALKED out. My tires squeaked going over the bump on the side of the parking lot.

The Monmouth Cheese Burger is great as well as the Onion Ring, and Breakfast Sandwiches. Great with special orders and making it the way you want.

Their UFO sandwich and Italians I regret to say are sad excuses for sandwiches now. The UFO has a hard top piece of bread with one layer of meat and veggies, nothing like it used to be. All you can taste is bread and it was hard. Italians have one piece of meat on them. It’s just dissapoining when you have a go to sandwich at a local place and they totally ruin it and obviously skimp on everything. You’ve lost me business. Go back to how you used to make a sandwich.

My husband ordered 2 sandwiches, a small and a large. 16.00. My sandwich might of been 5in long. My husband had 2 strips of bacon on his lg sandwich. Couldn't find the veggies! Coming back to Monmouth after 20+ years it was disappointing.

A great family owned convenient store. Sandwiches and Pizza for the way home. Top off your gas tank and say "Hello" to Chuck and Shannon. Right on the corner, easy to find.

We Paid 20.00 for 2 dagwoods and a 2.00 bag of chips... It took the guy over 20 minutes to make them... No mayo or bacon was on them. Tey were as thick as a peanutbutter sandwich...
