Well I finally order GW bedspread year ago after that pay off that bill last fall I order GW blanket I am so happy with quality of bedspread and blanket I slept with GW bedspread when I was kid I been looking for new one since one got fray after 40 years the store was closed that used sell this I found website I think I buying another bedspread for my vacation home

I bought a beautiful Abagail Adams bedspread it was listed as a second quality, but I have yet to find anything wrong with it. I absolutely love the bedspread and will definitely buy from them again.

Hours are a bit limited, but its worth a visit. You can buy seconds at a big discount...and we can't find anything wrong with them. There are also some totes where you pay by the pound. We got a really nice blanket for $20 today. Great values and nice staff.

I ordered a throw in early September and received it this past week. It is beautiful and well worth the wait time for the quality of the product that I received. Could I have purchased a $20.00 throw elsewhere? Absolutely but it would not have been American made nor half the quality of my Bates Mill throw.

I have been buying & using Bates Mill's bedspreads for 30 yrs. My mother bought my very first one for my graduation gift. In my 25 yrs. being married I've bought 2 more for our bed, 1 for each of my children's bed when they were first learning to make their own beds. I bought them the "New England Traditional" bedspread because of the border around the top edge. They had conquered making a beautiful bed by the age of 7 :-) I LOVE these quality bedspreads! They are very well made & durable... still gorgeous after many years of use and washing. My husband recently replaced our mattress with one of the new super thick ones & now I'm ordering a custom sized bedspread.Thank You Bates Mill and staff for a lifetime of keeping us beautifully & comfortably covered!! ♡ The Upshaw Family. :-)

If you want a good quality USA American made bedspread definitely order through Bates. You get what you pay for! I ordered the Queen Elizabeth metelasse' in French Blue and what a beautiful bedspread heavyweight as well. I plan on ordering one from their terry collection.

Bates Mills encouraged me to order a bedspread that was currently out of production. Took my $205 and said 4-6 weeks. Now it’s two months later and said I don’t know maybe in 6-8 weeks. Cant attest to the quality of their product but encourage you to avoid a classic bait and switch.Bianca got in touch with me and apologized profusely. They went ahead and made my bedspread AND refunded my money so I am now a satifsied customer. Finally, a company that takes customer service responsibly!

We were impressed with the various items available; staff was friendly and so was Mungo! we bought a blanket and it washed and dried just fine (no pilling, no shrinking etc); it and it is on our bed already ( it is very soft and cozy)
