This store needs to post great big signs that they aren't accepting any food stamp cards I went into this store spent 45 minutes shopping got up to register the woman never asked if I was going to be using a food syamps got it all rang up about $137.00 a whole shopping cart full then get told OH I WISH I KNEW THAT WE CANT TAKE THAT CARD THE SYSTEM IS DOWN WELL THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE DONE THE CASHIER SHOULD BE ASKING IF THEY GOING USING THAT TYPE OF PAYMENT ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEE SOMEONE WITH A SHOPPING CART FULL I THEN GOT ASKED IF I HAD ANOUTHER FPRM OF PAYMENT WHICH IS UNCALLED FOR AS WELL I WILL BE CONTACTING THIS STORES CORPERATE OFFICE AS WELL I WASTED A HOUR IN THAT STORE .

I went into the store on Monday looking to get some stocking stuffers. I went up to the manager Andrew for assistance on locating something. He told me he would check outback for me. Didn’t come back so after 10 minutes I asked the girl working up front. As I was leaving I saw the manager smoking at the side of the building. He should have called another employee over to help me instead of saying he was checking out back and just going out to smoke. Really put a damper on my shopping experience

Cheap n they have what I needed...but on a different note....watch the price cuz it's not as marked on the shelf!! 🤬 they're so unprofessional everything is still in boxes and half the shelves are empty. Also the new manager is very unfair. He actually closed one night because he was tired ???? So this family dollar is not the store you want to shop in. They have a sale on Mt dew right now and no product!!!! N no rain checks. No sale flyers or sale signs on anything. Not everyone has the app so they have no clue what's on sale.

This is a small town and it's nice that Family Dollar has a little of everything. Today, the customer service rep overheard my husband and I ready to buy a product that wasn't quite what we wanted, and she directed us to the aisle with what we were actually looking for. I'm glad she spoke up, and we went home with what we wanted.

Most of the staff is nice enough, but many things in the store are dusty, and quite a few of the food items I've purchased here have a perfumed smell/taste to them.

Good cheap place to get almost anything you need. Found what I needed pretty fast. But as you should know the cheaper it is most likely it was made cheap
