When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said, "Store closed--Went on Break Be Back soon." I waited an hour while taking care of some things on the phone. They never came and unlocked the door. At least 15 people came and went while I was there. It can't be that hard to just pay people what you need to pay them to find workers. Look at all the money they missed out on just while I was sitting there. Clearly either your worker just kept the store locked and left, because there were no vehicles in the parking lot besides the ticked off customers waiting for the store to reopen, or they didn't have anyone to cover the shift. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Ok first off a couple weeks ago one of the cashier's ringing up my son tried to accuse him of steeling when the idem he showed her was a two pack she was very rude to him. When I pointed out that it was her fault she started calling him friend what a joke. Then today the cashier that was on was being rude to an older woman saying she needs to ring the bell so she knows someone is there When I told her she did ring the bell she yelled JUST NOW. I left my stuff where I was standing and walked out. She then said have a nice day no she wasn't being nice so I told I would not being around her. What has happened to this place it has gone to hell.

Never have anything, always a mess and they are 30 minutes breaks where they shut the whole store down for ot and they leave. I jave never heard of a family dollar doing that. Ever.

Should be called Almighty Dollar, won't hire proper amount of staff to increase their bottom line, that's why they can't retain staff, there's always someplace better to work
