I needed a large FRUIT PLATTER to give as a thank you to the staff at a nursing home that provided excellent care for my husband until he passed. I ordered it yesterday from Peter, in deli, who told me that it would be ready at 10:30am this morning. Peter said he wouldn’t be in today. I wish I had asked who created this amazing platter. I wish there was a way to add a photo. Thank you so much, McFalls Hannaford. A fantastic job. You are very much appreciated.

Friendly staff and outstanding customer service. I had an issue with a product and they they went above and beyond to make it right and ensure that the issue was resolved. I mentioned it to the cashier checking me out and she was extremely friendly and made sure that I was taken care of. This level of customer service is rare these days and it is refreshing to see a company that cares about their customers.An example of a good company is not what they do when everything goes right it's how they handle situations when things go wrong. Fantastic Job.

Got to love finding white mold the same day you buy bread. Just one of now three instances where products at this location are past due. Go figure that Hannaford corporate can’t have the decency to respond.

Small store, but it has a lot stuffed in. Pricing is a little high, and the repaired food was not as high quality as the bigger stores.

Not enough help. Long wait in line. The lady bagging made every bag very heavy even after asking her to go lighter. Poor experience at very high price.

This is the most convenient Hannaford as I love right down the road. But I've been shopping here less then a year and my food is always past the date. I don't think to always check dates because I feel that is the grocery stores responsibility. But I bought canned beans which usually last a year or more and they expired right after I bought them. Along with Hamberger helper and many other things I have bought that should have a higher shelf life. Mushrooms are always not fresh looking and say they were packed a month before and are still on the shelves. I feel like maybe they need to go through and check dates on items. I have wasted so much money on expired products its crazy. So now I will have to be sure to check everything.

This Hannaford is almost always extremely clean, well organized and staffed with kind employees. In regards to the selection of groceries and other such necessary items they appear to be well stocked as well as care for their customers and products. However, it is on the smaller side of grocery stores. With that being said, it is pleasant to grocery shop without the superstore traffic in this traditional styled grocery store. I definitely recommend stopping in for your regular food needs, just be sure to shop a few days ahead of time around large Holidays.

Assistant manager was VERY awesome they have that small town feel. Went our of her way to make sure we were good. Little pricey but I'd rather go here than walmart.

I currently started using this pharmacy in September of 2021. Today (Saturday) is I went in to pick up a prescription that I had called in last Thursday….the pharmacist told me that it wasn’t ready because I needed a Prior Authorization from my insurance company. I was a little upset because I never received a call about this after I called in prescription and I was out of this medication that I NEED! she told me that there wasn’t much she could do for me until Monday. I proceeded to tell her that I CANNOT skip a dose of this medication without severe side effects and that I really didn’t want to have a “shitty” weekend because of this. Right before I was about to have a panic/cry fest and pull all my prescriptions out of there for good, she told me that she would see what she could do. A few moments later, she came back and told me that she would give me a store gift card to cover the cost of one pill from the prescription to get me to Monday!!! I was NOT expecting this! She instantly turned my panic into relief. She did not have to do that but she did. She went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of with the reassurance that Monday my prescription will be filled. She definitely excels in customer service and truly cares about them. Thank you Abby the pharmacist. <3

It looks fairly small on the outside but inside it has everything you need. What I really liked was the daily sliced meats in little packages, made it very convenient. Everyone from staff to customers were all very happy and friendly

Considering that this is a smaller version of regular Hannaford I think they do a great job with keeping variety within the store. A salad bar would be awesome but I understand why you you couldn't do it.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Produce fresh. Enough variety of products to save locals from driving 30+ miles for groceries. LOVE THAT YOU NOW CARRY WICKED WHOPPIE PIES.

missing some stuff but that’s to be expected because it’s small. i wish they had more vegan/dairy free/beef product free items because i have food allergies but i am kind of used to the lack of options, and they do have a few things, thankfully!

The store is nice but its usually too crowded for me. The parking lot isn't so convenient for me because sometimes it's a long walk to the store with a painful condition.

This store was out of sale priced items. I was really looking forward to picking up a steak for dinner, but unfortunately there wasn't any left in the case. No meat clerks were available either.

All customers really should wear a mask/bandana/buff to keep everyone safe. It is a small thing, yet seems to be a struggle for some. ♡ Protect Eachother ♡

No self checkout. Only one register open. So it takes longer to pay for your food then it does to shop for it

I really like their new store in Mechanic Falls. The food is displayed beautifully. Their new App program is great and I truly love the $$$ rewards on my register receipt every month. It encourages you to purchase Hannaford Brand products ... no hardship there as the store brand products are usually as good or better, and less expensive, than the pricey name brand counterparts. If I had a negative, it would be that I wish the store was bigger. Service is INCREDIBLE!!! Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly.

Store is a decent grocery store, kind of small, was very crowded when I went and the shelves weren't stocked of everything, seems they are too busy understaffed and too small in size to notice what they're missing, the store needs to be bigger for the amount of business

Small store. From my experience they seem to have everything that the larger Hannaford stores do. If I'm in the area I prefer to go to this store over a larger full size Hannaford's or Shaw's and especially Walmart. I like this store because it's so much easier to get in and out quickly compared to the larger stores. Staff is friendly and almost never wait in lines, quick easy in and out!!

1st off I had to show them there sale flyer to explain what I was looking for and was told "oh guess we didn't get that bacon".2nd. When asked about the scallops on sale I was told "I think the other guy already put them all out". Oh okay so can you check for sure? I was then told " I just said they are all out ". So maybe when you give a statement make it believable!!

Compared to the cashier's at the Oxford Hannaford the cashier's here in Poland are phenomenal. I have done here and when it came time to cash out I asked if It would be ok to manually enter my card because it had been damaged and I was waiting for a new one to come in the mail. In Oxford they made it out to be a huge deal and they were rude and treated me like I was slmenkind of trouble maker or something. But in Poland, they young lady was unsure how to to about doing it, but within seconds her manager came right over and was super nice a helpful and I was able to pay for my groceries and not leave frustrated and super mad like, I was in Oxford on my bfs birthday when I was unable to leave with his birthday cake and ice cream. So thank you to the Hannaford in Poland. Oxford Hannaford employees should take a lesson from yours on how to treat their customers.

It's a great Hannahford, but small, so the selection isn't what I'm used to. Still has all the regular staples, though.
