Amazing!! It has been terrible trying to find a groomer that's open during COVID. We had been taking our dog (GSD) to Petco since he was a puppy, but since it was so difficult to get an appt and he'd gone at least 6 mos without a grooming appt we were desperate. I tried searching around me for a groomer with good reviews and I was not disappointed! Everything about my experience was excellent -- from the communication before the appt, quick answers to any questions, pictures of what was happening DURING the appointment, and extremely sweet when we picked him back up. She understands GSDs and does excellent work. Better value than Petco!

Love love love this groomer. She took very good care of my fur baby. He never had been groomed b4 so he was a challenge. I love the fact she does it all for 1 price that included teet cleaning, toenails and ear cleaning. Will be back asap!!

First time with Elegant Elephant Grooming and Larissa. She did exactly what I wanted and Archie is once again a handsome mini Goldendoodle. Larissa is now my groomer of choice. The Elegant Elephant is not too far from me and making the appointment was easy and quick. Thank you for caring Larissa about each individual dog and taking the time it takes to groom each dog.

I have anxiety with taking boy Bandit to the groomers that I don’t know. It had to be done he was miserable with having to go so long because of Covid19.From the minute I started messaging with this groomer she made me feel at ease! Even Bandit when I went to pick him up didn’t jump out of her arms to me like he usually does! He was content just sitting with her!!My husband is so impressed with the job she did! I mean seriously impressed!! (And it takes a lot for him to say that)It was hard because during these times it’s not like we can go into the house with them. She is keeping her family safe and getting your pup outside at your car and she takes him in. (Good for her for taking those measure to help me and to keep everyone safe)She sent me pictures during the process and Bandit looked content! Seriously crazy right?!?!I will be taking my other pup there and I can’t say enough how impressed I was!

I was reluctant to go here at first as I’d never heard of this groomer. I’m very cautious. My dog is like a child to me. Being only a mile away from me ( bonus) I read reviews and messaged back and forth in length to get a feel. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. So I made an appointment. It wasn’t easy to let my dog go. As she’s part of the family, she’s also a working dog. So there’s a lot of time and money involved. That being said. She’s an expensive dog. Priceless to me. I was given a pic and update part way through the appointment. Larissa noticed Abbie wasn’t liking a couple things. So she skipped those thing as not to stress Abbie. Which I find exceptional. It wasn’t about getting the job done. It was about caring for the dog in front of her.

Love elegant elephant grooming my fur baby’s are hard to deal with one has anxiety the other is just a pain but she’s so sweet and gentle with them I remember the first time Mazzie got her nails done she was good and that never happens love this place...,.,,
