Wow. We had a small ice cream in a waffle cone. The portions are huge. The flavors are delicious. They do have picnic tables set up around the shop. They only take cash but have an ATM available in front of the shop. We had butter pecan... so many pecans. Yum. Also, a coffee oreo. There are so many oreos, so yummy. It's always fun to try different flavors.

Hands down the best tasting ice cream that I have ever experienced. This shop in Manchester Maine is open year round. Cash only. No credit or debit cards accepted. There is an ATM on site. They offer an order/take out window in addition to a drive thru. Excellent menu options offering many different flavors. Very high quality products. Can’t say enough about Fielders Choice. You know it has to be good whenever my nephews visit from Connecticut this is the only ice cream shop they ever ask for.Parking: Plenty of parking with additional parking spaces across the street. Peak summertime traffic at the drive thru can be extremely long lines.

Great ice cream with both hard and soft serve options. Drive through and walk up service available. Cash only so do not plan on using cards. Great service even when very busy. If you like Ice cream or just looking for diabetes in a cone or bowl.....10/10 would recommend.

Everybody loves ice cream and this is a wonderful place to stop to walk up and order it drive up and order. Picnic tables around to be able to enjoy a beautiful day and wonderful ice cream, both, hard and soft serve available.

Always a wonderful way to spend time with friends or end a busy day. Pleasent staff and reasonable prices for quailty ice cream (hard or soft serve). Warning- the serving sizes are immense. A small is more like a medium.

Incredible homemade ice cream with a wide variety of flavors and toppings. Brownies are a must have add-on; they are fresh baked. There is almost always a line, but rarely a long wait. Note that all Fielder’s locations are CASH ONLY!

On our way to Acadia National Park from Boston we stopped in this small town of Augusta for dinner. Had a craving for some nice ice cream and I saw this place on google maps having high rating and lots of reviewers. So tried a medium size Sundae here. The cost of the sundae was around 6$ and it was more than enough for two people. The taste lived up to the ratings. The base of sundae I tried was chocolate almond topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts and cherry. The base ice cream had almond nuts and small almond chocolate balls in it. It was so delicious. Had to be one of the best sundaes I ever tried. Would recommend trying out this place if you are ever in Augusta or this place is a small detour on your route.

Great homemade ice cream! Bummer it’s cash only but they have a atm available and they also have a drive thru. The place it self is clean, has outdoor tables and it’s seriously a nice spot to enjoy some good ice cream in nice weather!

Ice cream in March? We did it and glad we did. We were so glad they were open, and we were the only ones there. The crew that was working was very nice and our order was ready right away. The ice cream was fantastic. We will definitely be going back, but maybe not during the on season, we just don't like the crowds. Thanks for being open this time of year and being friendly.

I can no longer have ice cream, however, I bring my family here all the time. The ice cream sizes are much more than you expect, the quality is top notch and no matter when you go, the staff is always attentive and friendly!

Have been disappointed the last 2 times. My Strawberry shake didn't taste properly. My slush had more syrup than ice. I complained but she said that's how they are. Melted tasted horrible. Threw it away.lost my business. .

We stopped @ Fielder's in Manchester on Wednesday, June 5th. Thinking we were getting a treat of "Good" ice cream. It was the WORST Orange Pineapple ice cream I have ever had!! It was VERY soft (hard serve). I ordered a cone, they actually gave me a dish because it was so soft. Itwas "orange" alright, BUT, ABSOLUTELY NO flavor!!!!I'll think twice b4 going back. I hope they see this review and fix the problem.

Portion sizes are pretty big compared to other ice cream shops. Be prepared. The small is the size of most larges.Their ice cream is rich and flavorful and service is very prompt.

What can you say about perfection?This ice cream has to be the yummiest of all ice creams around.Brought my 92 yr.old friend there today & we had the soft serve sliders.She couldn't stop raving about how much she got with all the toppings.They made this dear sweet lady so happy today....& me too

Delicious ice cream. Soft and hard serve. Plenty of flavors to choose from (especially in hard serve). Walk up window and drive-thru window. Friendly staff. Only issue I have is the same issue I have with a lot of ice cream places, it's cash only.

Ice cream is ice cream and feel those choice being open almost year.around now is awesome. Especially since they started offering veterans discounts. Why my family and I visit this place at least once a month. Even with inflation they raised their prices a bit but not too bad and you still get more than what you pay for I'm like other ice cream places.

GREAT ICE CREAM!!! What an amazing huge selection to choose from. All the flavors we got tasted great, and we loved the baseball theme of the whole shop. Great prices. Large sizes. Lots of seating and parking, but things filled up very quickly. It's a popular place for sure.

Mixed results but great smooth creamy texture. Huge portions. Solid price (though I’d love them to take credit cards and raise prices even 5%)Indian baked pudding was interesting and glad I got it. Grape Nut also great! Perhaps best flavor of the four we got. Maple walnut and pistachio had alcohol-extract flavorings. It was a bit sharp & artificial.
