You banned Rascal because some Flatlander complained it doesn't comply with your corporate standards with the ol excuses of safety concerns bla bla bla. Your store can be banned too if it doesn't comply with the Mainer way, and the Mainer way of banning a store isn't like what them snowflakes do on Twitter. Keep Maine the way like it, small and unique. If people have a problem with that, they need to leave. This store is to be punished for going against the Maine grain and not telling the complainer to kick rocks. Now I'm telling you to kick rocks.

The staff is always kind and friendly. And I never have to wait very long in the line. You almost always have all the shelves stocked up and your fresh fruit and vegetables are phenomenal!

The Madison Maibe Hannaford is very limited on it's gluten free options. But given the size of the store and proximity of other options, it is understandable. Service is good and the store has several other nice options.

For a smaller Hannaford store I was thrilled to find everything on my list during my last visit without having to travel an hour round trip to the nearest city.Friendly and helpful employees

This particular Hannaford earns two stars. One, the prices are much higher than Wal Mart groceries in Skowhegan. I mean substantially higher on basic, every day items. Two, three selection isn't good because the store is small.It's unfortunate Hannaford operates this store like Circle K or Cumberland Farms. Those are convenient stores and therefore can command higher prices. I'll avoid this place going forward and head to Skowhegan.

My fav supermarket. Always have fresh products and the meats are ALWAYS fresh. Amazing food prices for nowadays that everything is si high I can find my cartón is eggs always to be between $1.29 and the 18 eggs being $2.79

For a small town store it has a decent selection of the daily household and menu items one would require. The staff is very friendly and quick to help. Prices are competitive and comparable to any local grocery store.

This Hannaford location doesn’t have as much of a selection as larger locations (like Skowhegan) so if you’re looking for something particular, you’re going to either hit the mark or be stuck looking for another store. The staff, however, have been excellent every time I’ve been in. Helpful, welcoming, even funny. It does soothe the irritation of not finding what we were looking for.

Located in Madison Maine this store always has just what I am looking for. Easy too find it is just off of Route 143 in Madison. Handicap accessible and parking available. A great deli and bakery section as well as all your food and household needs are readily available. The staff here is friendly and helpful and it is always a great shopping experience any time of day!

I have bought the cannolies at quite a few of the Hannaford markets. They all are terrible. The are soft as cannolies are suppose to be crunchy not soft. I am so tired of buying them and having to return. They look ok but they are gross and expensive. Do put them out unless you know they are crispy.

This is a small store in a small town. They have a good variety though, and prices are not grossly elevated even though there is very little local competition. The staff is friendly, polite, and quick.

I love it I love Hannaford and I love that particular store while it was small and didn't have a great quantities of things but it had selection even though. Thank you very much in for the charismatic staff at that store it's important in this day and age! Thank you again

Hannaford's was great. I like the way they actually put related foods together, e.g. they had a whole section devoted to pizza! Dough, cheese, anything to put on a pizza. The people who work there are so kind and pleasant - another reason I'll be returning. Major set back? TOO expensive.

Quiet, cozy grocery, store, and with it being a Hannaford it has a wide selection of groceries with out being a huge place. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about their store. Perfect for this quiet town

This is a baby Hannaford. But this is the best Hannaford in the area. The staff is very friendly, there is rarely a long wait to check out, and any questions are answered or investigated with haste. Love this place despite is very small size.

Small store with limited selection....last minute, last resort kinda stop....this store is not up to the same standard as a typical Hannafords. This is NOT a supermarket in my opinion. You'd be happier going to the Hannafords in Skowhegan if you are looking for variety.
