Dan, the Store Manager, went above and beyond for me today! He could’ve easily said that he couldn’t retrieve a receipt from 2 months ago, but he did it, all while sounding like it wasn’t a problem!! Above and beyond!!! And Assistants went out of their way to assist me with finding the right potting soil, even asking one another!!! That’s not seen much anymore!! And the other Assistant even waited, at the door, for me to check out just to lug out my potting soil for me!!!!! EXCELLENT customer service Friday, March 8th, 2024 between the hours of 12:45- 1:15 PM. You have here one VERY happy customer!!!

I absolutely love this location. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I shop here 2 or three times a week and they always have what I need. They even look up other locations for stock that they may not have enough of on hand.*Edit*I just used their store pickup feature and it was incredibly easy. It also found my account and allowed me to apply my discounts directly to my purchase as well. 5 stars.

Nice little hardware store on main street. The staff is very helpful and will point you to the things you need.Having it within walking distance and sidewalks all the way there is a big plus.

Awesome place to get everything you need. There is no reason to go to the big box store, keep your business local! I always buy my dog food here, the people are so nice and the prices are great for top quality food! Don’t shop at the communist big box stores! They let you bring your dog too! Really awesome people work here too.

I Love this store. They have everything. I get my deer food here. They have a good supply of tools, paint,nuts and bolts and everything in between. Very helpful staff. Really clean store. They are now carrying a new line of paint and I love they're garden center.

We are new to the area and remodeling an old house. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of the guys drew my husband a diagram and gathered up everything he needed to help him fix some plumbing, and I don't know if I have ever gone in there without someone asking if I need help. Sure, their prices are a bit higher than a big box store, but nothing outrageous, and it is rare to get this kind of service at a big box store anyway. The store has a crazy amount of items...seems like some of everything. It isn't often that they don't have what we need for our projects. I am glad we have such a nice store so close to home.

The company I work for has a account here I go in often and spend thousands of $ a year to support this local business, they called the HR department of the company I work for to tell them I did not have a mask on!! I Will take my business elsewhere from now on!!Edit: Response from what the "owner" posted to my review, Actually the 1st time I was reminded while in the check out line and pulled a mask from my pocket and put it on. The 2nd time I was about 3steps in the door and was reminded about a mask so went back to my truck and got my mask. I would think neither time would warrant a call to the HR department of the company I work for especially without talking to me about it 1st considering everyone in there knows me by name and it's not like I gave your employees a hard time or refused to comply! Just petty if you ask me

They have what you need, the employees are great, and they're close. Obviously the prices aren't as low as Home Depot but they're fair, and you'd pay more in gas to drive to Waterville than you'd save anyway.
