Excellent Service! Our dog was very dirty as I had been unable to find a groomer in my area. Fortunately, Valley Pet Grooming took my large, fluffy dog and made him into a prince! Thanks so much! He is clean, shiny, and so much happier!

This owner judges pet owners and refused to groom my husband's service dog because she in her words, "knows him personally". As a business owner you should put differences aside for a business. This is poor customer service and not good business practices. I understand that an owner can refuse to take care of an customer for any reason but when it is an direct attack at the potential customer and verbally admits that they can't take care of your dog because they know you personally is wrong and judgemental. This all started because of a dog that when we went camping got scared of a train while we were holding a leash and ran away which is not under our control and we looked and others looked for him and tried to get him for us.
