They keep promising me meds or shots, and then they say they’re all out when I get there… lost my trust. Can’t be reached on the phone either. They have plenty excuses but the place just isn’t working. The pharmacy manager said that the online scheduler will confirm that you will be getting vaccines, even when they don’t have them. There is a reason that their stock is down more that 66% in the last five years… sooner or later many people catch on that they can’t be trusted and go elsewhere

if you have a prescription to fill, go across the street to Hannaford's.If you gamble on Walgreens, chances are there will be no pharmacist present.The posted pharmacy hours are a joke.

long lines for pick up and drop off. the folks working their do their best, but the computer system, transferring rite aid prescriptions , is wholly inadequate . The problem lies with Walgreen's seriously impaired and unresponsive corporate management team

Every single time I go to pick up a prescription they claim to have not received it even after my provider gets the confirmation number. I switched to Machias Family Pharmacy. Way better!

Some people there are very nice, but especially at the pharmacy there are many errors made by their systems and those who work there...which is then covertly blamed on the customer. Pretty much the only place within walking distance, though, so whatever. Probably go somewhere else if you can.

Wait times at pharmacy (just to get Sudafed) was absurd. I left without it. Need more help at pharmacy. I was going to use them for my prescriptions. No way. And several items that I used to buy at RiteAid not available now. Shame.

Worst service ever...waited an hour and a half for a script that was called in an hour before I got there...I live half an hour away so it's not like I can go home and come back....terrible servicr..i know because I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half
