I do appreciate having this store in my area. They have items I can't find at other local stores and shops. The selection is pretty good.It has very quiet employees. None of them speak much and I rarely get asked if I need help. Things are frequently moved around and that can be confusing. But, I shop here weekly and I can live with the inconveniences.

The cashier was super friendly. But I couldn't find anyone working the floor to ask questions or prices on a few items that weren't labeled or were misplaced. My main concern was more for the cashier than anything else. It's a big store in a busy community.

The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked in contrast to the local Dollar General. The staff are pleasant and professional and quite speedy getting the people checked out.

Staff is nice. Bathroom's always out of order. Should be a bigger SQ foot store for 2 stores in 1 but that's likely a corporate thing.

Wouldn't be so bad if there were more room in aisles instead of stuff that has to be stocked constantly everytime we ever go in. But I swear it isn't just at this store, maybe it is where everything is going on since pandemic 🤷‍♀️

I like both the Family Dollar in Milbridge and Machias Maine for the most part, however it seems that when they have a sale they don't order enough products to finish the sale week out. I find this to be more in the Milbridge Maine one than the Machias. I have to travel a little distance for both these store so it is disappointing if I get there to purchase sale items and their out only two days into the sale.
