Linda was the most caring, genuine, professional person to deal with. She took our Bella on a snowy Friday afternoon, even though she and her husband technically close Flukes on Fridays. Linda provided us such comfort with the way she handled our baby. When I arrived to pick up her ashes a week later, I was amazed at the beautiful work she had done. I am so grateful for the keepsakes that we have to remember our beautiful Bella by. Thank you Linda/ Flukes! I will recommend you to everyone I know and will return with every fur baby I have.

My partner and I recently lost our sweet Chihuahua named Chili. The only true solace that we had at the end of her life was that she would no longer be in pain and that she would be cared for by Fluke's after she left this world.Six days prior to losing Chili, my family dog named Lucy (but we called her Goose) passed away as well. Even though you guys were super busy that week and at capacity, you were generous enough to take my family in the day that Goose passed.From talking us through the cremation process to the urn, certificate, fur clippings, and beautiful paw prints that you took, I could truly feel the care that you put into your work. You were wonderfully compassionate and there's no other place that I would entrust my beautiful dogs to. Thank you so much for the incredible work that you do.

I lost my Golden girl in March and am so grateful for Linda and the services she provides. I know that my sweet girl was in the best hands possible through this difficult time. I had the same experience in 2018 when I lost my previous Golden. Linda was responsive, caring, and compassionate…as she has been with many other family members who have also lost their beloved pets. This is about no response, sorry Linda if you’re going through a rough time, but this has happened in the past, waiting significant amount of time for answers to make an appointment. No one should have to wait all week. I reached out on social media as well as the business line. Many scenarios went through my mind like; are you still in business, if you’re that busy why aren’t you hiring help with the phones, are you on vacation. I went online here to find different sites to see if I could figure things out, come to find out the reviews on yelp are similar to what I’m saying so I know it’s not just me. Apparently you have a rough time getting back to people and that causes you to lose business. It’s OK to be busy but you should at least let people know so I could’ve reached out to others in the meantime if you’re not taking on new customers or treating the ones that have been there for you with priority. No worries best of luck!

We have had a large fur family for years and have used their services multiple times. My pet children's remains are taken care of locally by a family and not a corporation. Lynda was so caring, sensitive and real as we went through the emotionally fragile process of parting from our treasured labrador, Winnie. When we left Winnie with her she helped make us aware of things that can surprise people and add difficulty. We left with confidence and peace. Linda & John went above & beyond for our Nami Girl. They picked up the phone after hours and saved us from having to preserve our girl till Monday. Upon arrival they helped my husband get her out of the car and on the table. They even put a pillow under her head. I couldn’t get out of the car because I was so upset. I picked her up a week later and really enjoyed the conversation with Linda. She is a wonderful person with such a huge heart. I cannot thank her & John enough. Seriously I have other pets previously cremated at other places by vet recommendation and they are mediocre compared to Fluke’s Aftercare. The way they cut the fur and place it in the bag exactly how it looked on my dog had me in tears, I could pin point on a photo where the fur was cut. The paw print on clay, gorgeous wooden box that I believe is hand carved, the poems, certificate, extra paw prints in ink and the keychain of the dog with angel wings. I could not ask for more. Everyone that I’ve shown is literally in awe. Thank you again Linda & John, you have no idea how much this meant to our family ❤️

I would strongly recommend Flukes for your pets aftercare needs.. She is very respectful, professional, & kind. My tortoise, Shelly, passed away at the animal hospital so I started calling around to figure out what to do next. The first place i called kinda treated me like I was strange or crazy for wanting to cremate my pet tortoise. She may just be a turtle to them, but she's family to me. Flukes understood that & made me feel very comfortable making the whole process as easy as possible. When i went to pick up Shelly's ashes I was surprised with a little heart shaped plaster footprint 🐾 it made my day to know I'll always have that to remember her. So sweet. Thank you so much Flukes💜

You do amazing work and my experience with you impacted me more than can imagine. Your care of my K9 Sarge was amazing and involving me in the process helped me so much with my grief. I felt obligated to him to help with his cremation and I would never have thought of that if it wasn’t for your suggestion. One of the most difficult times in my life was made easier by you caring. I never knew a place like flukes aftercare ever existed until I had the option of doing a private cremation. The love and respect that fluke’s put into my beloved handsome boy kitty’s aftercare was hands down perfection. I hope to never have to experience the loss of any other furr baby (although I know I will) I know that I will trust flukes with my babies. I thought I’d get a box with my boys ashes in it, instead I received a beautiful hand carved box with a certificate of love and a sweet paw print that I plan to make into a Christmas ornament as he always loved sleeping under the Christmas tree.You can truly see the hard work and love that flukes puts into their job. Fluke's took care of my two beloved children (my Boston Terriers) at an especially tender time in my life (breast cancer diagnosis at the age of 40). The thought of leaving my baby girls in the freezer unit of a veterinarian's office was unbearable. (I lost my dogs in quick succession - the first passing the day after my second surgery.) I remain forever grateful for the existence of Fluke's so close to my home, and for the deep kindness, patience, comfort and reassurance that was given to me at a time of deep grief. When my first dog passed, Chipper, away, I was devastated. I had never lost a loved one before, and I was a mess. I found him the most beautiful urn online at Fluke's Aftercare. I called to order it, and Linda was just amazing! She spent more than an hour on the phone with me, a total stranger, listening to stories about my beloved Chipper, and comforting me. That was 18 years ago. I've lost 5 more dogs since then, and Linda has been there for all of them. Dealing with the death of fur-babies (clients' and their own) is a heart wrenching business, and they offer empathy, compassion, and comfort that is unmatched.

Linda was awesome. Most compassionate person I've met with an animal. My mother, sister and I took our dog Koga in. She put a pillow for him and a blanket for our lil boy. We picked out necklaces to...she was amazing to work with. I definitely recommend them ♥️

Ignore any negative review you read about this incredible service and family. I was a vet tech for a long time and appreciate more than words can express how special and compassionate they are. I lost my first dog Mojo who was my soulmate and they treated me and him like family. It gave me closure and peace. The nose and paw prints, fur clippings, photos, ink prints…above and beyond. There is no one else I would trust my fur babies with.

By far the absolute BEST place to take your beloved pet for cremation. The folks at Flukes are kind, compassionate, down to earth, & 100% respectful. They do a wonderful job with creating a beautiful certificate & the wooden box is the best quality I've ever received in a package. The souvenirs they provide like a ceramic heart with a paw print are top notch! Plus they have a great selection of jewelry and other things like key chains to keep a small amount of ashes with you. I highly recommend Flukes and will never use anyone else. This is by far the best and only place you ought to take your beloved pet for their final arrangements. Thank you Flukes!

John and Linda have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our need. Even if I've had to call them at the last minute or if appointment was set up in advance. They're the most caring and compassionate people I know when it comes to a fur babies end of life. I honestly couldn't speak more highly of them. They were so amazing with handling our precious baby. They showed compassion, they listened and they did all they could to help with the healing process. When I first started looking up places to creamate our baby, I called a few different places. But none stood out more than Fluke's Aftercare and I just knew that they were the place to take care of our baby boy Diego. Something about her compassion and kindness drew me to them. She was sweet and kind over the phone, she sent us a video to watch to help us understand the process and then when we met her in person she was just as sweet and kind and gentle as she was over the phone. She showed compassion towards our Diego and towards us. I just want to take a second and say how amazing this place is. They are super caring and will go out of their way to take care of all of your needs. My precious little one passed very late at night and I reached out to them, not thinking to receive an email back at 10 PM at night but they did, They went above and beyond. To answer questions and to take care of all of my needs. I highly recommend anybody to come to them their customer service is beyond anything that I expect. They made me feel like family. They asked about my little one wanted to know all about him. You will be a family member to them Not just another customer. I highly recommend before you use anybody else to reach out to them.

My dear Snowwhite of 17 years passed and I was truly heartbroken. I knew she was in good hands when I brought her to Flukes but was even more grateful to Linda for taking the time to comfort me and listen to my story of how Snowwhite and I met and our journey together.
