I haven't been to this McDonald's before until 3/12/34 we stopped there after dropping pet off to get fixed nearby. I really loved this McDonald's. 1st because of how clean it was 2nd because it's smaller and just cute and 3 the receipt actually printed at kiosk and the workers were all very kind and pleasant and working hard actually. A man was scrubbing the machines and cleaning and they seemed like a great working team..it wasn't busy inside but drive thru was. Enjoyed my experience here..we ended up going a 2nd time during evening and it was different workers and alot messier but that's expected. It was the lobby etc which is from customers and I know the workers will clean it when the rush slows down. The workers again very nice and pleasant environment. Food was good no orders were messed up and it was fresh! Others are NOT like this McDonald's! So I give 5 stars because they deserve it! Good job at this location! Thank you and God bless y'all! This place is a disgrace to McDonald's everywhere.The service is terrible 😔. Some of your employees are straight disrespectful & lack the necessary skills to effectively communicate with your customers!! The orders are never correct, and then try to lie their way out of it. The food is NEVER fresh!! It's been under the lamps for way too long, coffee is a nightmare here, unless you drink it black.It's unfortunate..Great location...But that is it.I don't recommend this place....The only thing I buy at McDonald's is my coffee..7 creams, 4 liquid sugars, 4 pumpkin spice shots..They make the best coffee

Nice little restaurant that is clean and conveniently located. The inside is like new with comfy chairs. The service was friendly and fast. We came in for breakfast and had a good experience.

I walked out, giving my pick-up slip to someone else in line. If it's free then I guess it's worth waiting for. This is not the first time I've walked out after paying for my purchase and waiting an ungodly long time for bad food! This particular MacDonalds should be avoided at all costs. It's the MacDonalds in Saco, Maine. It's really the worst!

I've never visited this location without having to park because menu items weren't ready. There are always a heap of cars having to wait foe their food to be delivered. McDonalds PLEASE look into the way they're running this franchise!

The employees were all smiles and polite while taking our order. I also watched while they interacted with other customers and they were genuinely helpful. It was a refreshing change from what I'm used to seeing.Parking: There was wheelchair parking however I would say the inside of the restaurant would have been difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver.

The issues at this specific McDonald's I would have to blame on is whoever is in charge. Expect to wait 20+ mins for fast food. Expect attitude from the employees when you order as well as when they get your order wrong. The way the associates talked to other paying customers makes everyone feel uncomfortable. I would advise to take your family else where.

Went through drive through to order coffee. One large hot coffee with regular cream and sugar. One medium french vanilla iced coffee with cream only (because I know the french vanilla is already sweet). They told us they cant make the french vanilla with cream only. Wow. Not to mention I have gotten my iced coffee there before that exact way no problem. We left with no coffee because the whole situation was STUPID.

I approached the lobby but the door was locked with a Handmade Sign... LOBBY CLOSED!! PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTO!! THE DRIVE THRU WAS WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING!! I HOPE THEY CLOSE THIS MCDONALDS!!

Place is slow. And they need to find a morning staff that knows what they are doing. Where is the leadership here. Everytime I go here its pull around and we will bring your order out. Even if no one else is in the drive thru. I go to the drive thru cause I thought it was supposed to be quicker. If I wanted to wait for my food I would just go in and order it. Then today they had no clue who's order was whos. They just keep pulling cars around pn the drive thru. Apparently they need to hire more staff in the morning.

This location never has their stuff together. Typically you have to park and wait a lengthy amount of time before you get your food. They also make a ton of mistakes. I think my order was correct once and the rest of the time I have ordered it was a fight to get what I actually paid for. When they make a mistake they blame it on everything else and never just say “hey I am sorry I made a mistake”. There is also a huge lack of manners from the staff at this location. It always feels like their employees hate being there. I wish I could have rated them a -5 but that’s not an option. I have tried them for the last time and will drive to another town when I want McDonalds from now on. My suggestion is to get some new management and some happier staff at this location. It is by far the worst McDonalds my family and I have ever been to. I should also mention that they have been horrible long before this staffing shortage that is going on in the country. So it’s not because they are short staffed.

I love my double cheeseburgers with extra pickles and extra onions. they are delicious. And I just love their ice cream. And why I did not give them a five-star is because it is not always hot and the cheese is not always melted are you would have got a five-star.

McDonald's is, eh. Good in a pinch, but I prefer 5 guys, or the king. Typical of chain fast food, fast can be just a bait word. I'm convinced each store has a magician, because they somehow make it taste good.

I visited on May 6th and this is the worst run McDonald's I believe I have ever been to. I waited 20 minutes to receive my meal and finally just got a refund. They have a Hiring sign in the lobby however they also had 4 people just standing around behind the counter. There were 3 cars that were parked waiting on food. There is ALWAYS cars parked. One of the female employees got frustrated because a customer wanted a new Fish Filet and the female employee slammed her hand down on the box and crushed it in an aggressive manner. One of the male employees was shaming us customers while behind front counter. I don't know who manages this Mcds however they should really improve this business

The employees were very friendly. The chicken sandwich I got was good, but it was supposed to have lettuce on it and didn't...? It still was pretty good. Thank you for the reasonably quick service during lunch hour today. My 1 yr old definitely appreciated the expiditious service.

If I could give a 0 I would. This location constantly parks people, which is understandable if it was just a few time occurrence, but this location does it CONSTANTLY to “save their times.” McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant, the key words were FAST FOOD. They care more about times than their customers. Now the issue that arose today is that the manager had put my coffee in wrong and when I politely told her it wasn’t what I had ordered she told me, “well that’s what you said.” And hesitantly remade it after her accusation. After it was remade I was parked for my food for almost 10 minutes and then drove home and got the wrong order. I was then told I had to go back through their packed to the road drive thru and was once again accused of saying soemthing different than I said. A receipt was not given, and I was told “that’s not what you ordered.” What ever happened to the customer was always right, I couldn’t not believe the managers audacity. I have worked at this location for 1 year prior and I feel as though she only spoke to me this way as she knew I worked here in the past. The accusatory and rude actions make it hard to forgive two mistakes. New management is needed.

Waited in line, got up to the speaker and was told they’d be right with me. When they came back on I was told they aren’t taking orders (even though they’re still open). I understand being short staffed, but either close or tell me immediately that you’re not taking anymore orders. Don’t make people wait for nothing. Waste of my time.

This is the SLOWEST fast food restaurant! Does not matter when I have tried them (usually trying to grab something simple and quick) I have to wait and wait and wait. Drive thru or inside it is no different! If you don't have to go here--DON'T!!!

Nice and clean. The staff had plenty of personality and energy to go around. I ordered a Quarter-Pounder with Cheese meal and a Filet-o-Fish, no tartar. I got exactly what I ordered. Fries were slightly undercooked for my tastes, but my mother enjoyed them like that. They were fresh and hot, in any case.I like going to this McDonald's. Even if it weren't as close as it is to where I live, I think I'd still come here.
