Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful when tracking down additional information about my perspective snow blower purchase. When they identified that the item I was interested in was missing a part from the manufacturer, they immediately ordered the part, before I purchased.That's the type of customer service I admire. They solved the problem for whoever the final buyer would be and because of that, I did in fact purchase the item online the next day.Not even knowing that the same person had made the purchase, they contacted me to inform me that the missing additional part had been ordered.You can't find that kind of personal service at a big box store.Staff also went out of their way to assit me at the time of pick up and I am very grateful!

Friendly and helpful. Buy all my chicken grain here. Convenient and easy to get in and out. They have a big selection of products from pet and farm feed, tools, paint, gardening, etc.

Have always found the selection of items well suited to my home repair projects. Service is always knowledgeable about products and helping you with your project. My kids live to come and have a bag if popcorn and when in season see the chicks for sale. I've been a customer for over 13years and will continue visit for every project.

Went in today asked associate a question. He walked over pointed to a product I asked is it for outside he then pointed again at the product and it said outside. He then walked away never saying a word. I was in retail for over 20 years. Small local businesses I like to support because they usually have friendly service. I felt this was the poorest service I have received in a long time. It will be a while before I go back if I ever do.

Friendly staff with typical hardware store items. Also has some quality dog food, including Whole Earth which can be hard to find. Propane, gardening supplies, and plenty of paint. Prices are just a little steep on most items, but I'd prefer to keep them in business than to give my money to the giant conglomerates.

This store is reminiscent of the old time country stores. You're greeted as you come in, your questions are answered, and are personally led to the item you're looking for. And it's rare that I don't find what I'm looking for. It's a "feel good" place.
