This place was absolutely delightful!! :) My husband and I were staying in Camden for a few nights, and I’m so thankful that we stumbled upon Green Tree Coffee & Tea! The coffee was divine (they roast in-house!), the people were so delightful, and the setting was dreamy! They have a more traditional drink menu (no flavors to add, etc.), which we loved as well. If you’re in the Camden area, definitely check this place out! :)

Great place to stop for coffee and tea. They have a TON of selection both on the dried goods side and on the brewed /ready to drink menu. We (unknowingly) came in 20 minutes prior to closing and the woman making coffees was still extremely friendly and chatted with us while making 5 different drinks. The coffee & teas we got were all interesting and tasted great. The prices were very reasonable and the shaded outdoor sitting area was a nice place to drink our coffee. We will definitely be coming back when we're back this way and would recommend everyone else do the same.Vegetarian options: Plenty of optionsParking: Open parking lot.

Excellent place for coffee or tea. I bought two 1lb bags of coffee and a cup of hot tea. It’s loose leaf so you make your own tea bag. There is a LOT of flavors!! I’d come back every day if I lived here.

You can smell the fresh coffee as you enter onto the porch of this small coffee & tee shop. So many choices to list. I’m a coffee drinker. I like to grind my own bean to what I prefer. You can have your way here. When you ask for a pound of full bean coffee the hardest part will be stopping at just one pound. The inside decor is kind of rustic with a lot of displays of coffee and teas. They also have coffee or tea presses of various sorts. Also other gifts to complement the coffee purchase. A must stop for the serious coffee drinker.

I'm so happy to have discovered this place! The people that work here are very friendly and the coffee is great. They also have plenty of options for flavoring etc. That most other coffee shops don't have. There's a little something here for everyone! It seems like a perfect place to come in and read or work. The shop itself is an old house and it makes for an excellent homey setting.

As someone who is very picky about their coffee, Green Tree has the best tasting coffee I have ever tried. I genuinely look forward to the iced mocha as well as their selection of teas each time we stop by. Owner is very friendly and personable and a huge dog lover so that makes this place that much better. Highly recommend.

The coffee, atmosphere, owner, and location is absolutely amazing! I LOVE their iced coffee and my husband loves the mocha! They also have a wonderful selection of teas and reasonably priced gifts throughout the shop. Very dog friendly, nice seats to sit outside and enjoy your cup or coffee/tea, cozy wood stove inside, and beautiful decor made for an enjoyable visit! Would definitely recommend this place!

2023 UPDATE: I did stop in to buy some coffee to enjoy while I was staying in Maine as well as a couple of pounds to bring home. I have been drinking Green Tree Coffee exclusively for about 4 years, now. I was happy to pick it up in person, but will also continue ordering online. BEST COFFEE ANYWHERE!I didn't go into the store (my loss), but I sampled some of their coffees in local restaurants and fell in love with their Rosie's Blend. When I got home, I looked up the web site and ordered some. Their customer service is impeccable and their coffee is delicious!

Best coffee shop I’ve visited in a long, long time. Amazing vibes. Baristas really take care in their work. Also, the Bald Rock Chai (rooibos chai mix) is amazing. Will get like a pound next time I visit!

AMAZINGLY YUMMY COFFEE! If you are anywhere near this adorable coffee shop you have to stop in. Not only is the Coffee just delicious, but the staff is a delight to chat with for sure. When my son and I were there it was a TONI who was helping us. She was/is such a cool person. She was funny, engaging and kind, plus she made a mean Cappuccino, which tasted a lot like the Cappuccinos I had while in Paris. And to top it all off, the store itself is so cool, which a bunch of tea pots, coffee mugs, and other coffee utensils and gifty things you can buy. You'll love it, I promise.

Very torn with this review. On one hand the quality of the raw goods and wares here are fantastic and well priced. I got a pound of Ethiopian whole beans for $13 which made a great pour over back home. However the drinks we got while stopping by were not good at all, espresso was burnt and no crema and pour over was rushed and watery. The matcha was too diluted and not flavorful. Also this was the only place during our entire week in Maine with rude / off putting service and personality which was surprising. Would be back for beans but not for made to order drinks
