In this post Covid world this place goes above and beyond to keep their patients and owners safe. From the design of the building to the interaction with the staff, very professional and kind.Entrance is unclear to new comers but there logo adorable! If the logo on the jumpers ever gets put on a T-shirt or sticker(bumper), I’d support them.

Called to get an estimate of how much it would cost to get my dog checked for an GI bleed but was told they're not accepting new patients and should check around Bangor. I'm disappointed to be turned away so quick after having a few friends recommended here and they just became new clients not long ago???

Thought my dog had broken her ankle but turns out she has Lyme disease!!! The staff and veterinarian were amazing with her and us, settled our nerves. Extremely clean and well run!!

The vets and tech staff are awesome and good-natured. A+ on that facet. Second, their administrative function is absolutely on point. You'd have to wake up pretty early to outwork and outplan these folks. We're grateful to have gotten worked in here.

In the past when doctor Nesin looked after our dogs and cats he had grate compassion for them. Yesterday I went to Lincoln to pick up ear drops for my dog bear, They called my wife and said that I used profanity!!!! I just wanted to let them know that the vet that is there now told me to put a dam muzzle on my dog in the past when they were in Chester.Just wanted to pass that on, o by the way they told me never to bring my animals there again 💔 Nice !!!!

Our pack loves coming to the vet (besides the carsick babies). I recently visited the office, and I can't express how grateful my pack and I are for their exceptional care. Their friendly demeanor and genuine compassion made a difficult moment, saying goodbye to our beloved 17-year-old pet, a bit more bearable. We appreciate their expertise and the comforting environment they provided during this emotional time. They are highly recommended!

These guys are the best they are unbelievable I would never change my vet again they saved my dog my best friend l toke him2 5 different Vets and they didn't have a clue or just didn't care And boy These guys brought my old pup back 2 health gave him his color back made him look amazing and made him be able 2 be his old self again they truly are the best love them all very friendly and treats like they are treating there own animal love ya guys

The dog and the cat knew they were at the vet. Cat cried and dog trembled. Dr Moody was great with them. Caring staff. We are lucky to have them in our area ❤️

I can honestly say this is an example of absolute deplorable treatment an service my fiance daughter broke her foot 20 min before a vet appointment and Dave an his employees were more concerned about money then having an emergency an when my fiance tried to call an work it out they were rude inexcusable an ignorant to her so I called an asked to talk to the actual vet in charge I was given a non vet person that continued to interrupt me every other word even though after using one colorful metaphor was told that she wouldn't except being talked to like that an I was polite enough to leave my colorful metaphors out of our convo but she continued to interrupt every other word so I said fine I'll be there in twenty min to talk to the actual vet .....she called the police an had me told them she was scared for her safety an had me trespassed.....an I should also add when I asked if she had kids an if they had ever gotten hurt what was more important she basically alluded to keeping appointment was as important......this is an example of absolute poor treatment of a animal patient parents and a complete disregard of any type of courtesy or compassion an I will absolutely be reaching out to every guide an hunter that an that's alot of animals ....just saying so have a great day an good bless

Great staff and medical care for our dog, Murray. Took us in an emergency and I can't reccomend enough. Reviewed his symptoms, possible causes, prompt testing and educated me along the way.

Made two appts . First one canceled the day before bc of scheduling issues. Second appt cancelled because of "technically issues" and they gave my appt to to someone else. You would think they would have called the other appt and canceled since mine was made months ago. But nope. Do not waste your time with this place like I did.09/20/23 Sorry but you have some facts wrong. I didn't cancel either of the two appointments I made. My cat was sick, so it was NOT a "well visit". He ended up dying two days later. And NO ONE apologized for anything. I was yelled at for being upset about the situation. I'm guessing you would have been upset too! And now, your office is refusing to refill my dogs monthly medicine. Tired to message them on Facebook to ask about his meds and they blocked me. Very mature. Now you are putting a second animal at risk.

The new facility is big and accommodating. There are private entrances for pets who require that. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have no desire to ever seek veterinary services anywhere else. Our pets have been their patients since 2005. (The business changed hands in 2022 or 23)

Dr Dave is the best, he is amazing with my dogs, you can tell he actually cares about the animals and it's not just a "job". The entire staff is courteous and friendly too.

One positive is that the vet is good and helped us with one of our dogs now the reason for the one star THAT SHOULD BE A NEG 10 we had to bring our dog to have her neck checked as she was crying the vet tech spoke to us thru the door as she was afraid of our St. Bernard even when she had a muzzle on then later that day we picked our dog up the front desk said the tech out back would give us direction on our dog BUT all she did was hand us our dog then on the way home she was sick for the 4 hour drive had to call vet to be told O YA THAT HAPPENS WITH THE MEDS SHE GOTWe were willing to still go back to this place again as our dog was not getting better and she was in pain even when on lots of medsWe made the tough decision to end our dogs pain and spoke to michaela who told us after the vet that our dog would be picked up THAT DAY. FRIDAY by the creamation facility then to find out later Friday afternoon by the creamation facility that they would not pick up till Monday tried calling vet and left message but even Monday no call back so we called the vet the girl we spoke to did not know anything so then she transfers me to michaela who was right off the bat rude angry and when I said to her she was the one who told us our dog would be picked up on Friday she began YELLING I NEVER SAID THAT I THINK IF YOU USE THIS VET RECORD ALL PHONE CALLS AS WE DID YOU LIED TO US AND I HOPE people read reviews I thought highly. Of the service till I was lied to . I did. get very angry at you and I apologize for that BUT your lie made me realize people like you only care about money not animals I hope there is a special place for people like you

I would like to thank the animal hospital for their wonderful caring attitude when I had to let my babies go over the rainbow bridge. They were gentle and very loving to both dogs and with me. The remains came back very quickly and beautifully done. Thank you to you all for caring and helping me thru this extremely hard time. 💕

Great! Wonderful. Everyone compassionate animal lovers. They take the time to come out to the "owner family" and go over everything in detail. And when it's time for our fur-family babies to cross the Rainbow Bridge they truly and gently understand our heartbreak. Joe, Mel, and Dave are wonderful, kind people - the staff and techs are equally caring. They know our pets are family. Thank you all!

They're good, but since they've recently changed hands, I'm not a client anymore so I have nothing to rate for the vet experience, except whoever answered the phone doesn't have good customer service. I know the previous people were good workers and awfully friendly and cared for animals greatly (some more for animals than people lol). Idk who's working there now though.I work directly with the public so I value the saying "the customer is RARELY right". But, it's nice to not be talked over, or in a curt, unfriendly manner. Now, I know I have processing issues so I do sound like a really dumb Karen sometimes. But, I have a white voice, so I guess if you're gonna be civil on the phone at least they're a fan of equality, I guess?
